Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting di Indonesia dan semua warga Indonesia memiliki hak dan kewajibanya dalam mengenyam pendidikan. Sebagai mana tertera dalam aturan Undan-Undang nomer 20 tahun 2003 yang menyatakan bahwa setiap warga negara mempunyai hak yang sama untuk memperoleh Pendidikan yang bermutu. Kegiatan pkm yang kami lakukan merupakan program les private untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak didesa cibuluh. Pelaksanaan program ini berlangsung selama 15 kali pertemuan dimulai dari bulan Juli sampai agustus dengan waktu yang ditentukan. Total jumlah anak yang mengikuti lesprivat ini terdiri dari 25 peserta. Les privat ini dilaksanakan di majlis ponpes Babussalam sesuai dengan permintaan ketua ponpes. Kegiatan les private anak-anak didesa Cibuluh dilakukan dari jam 16.00-17.00 WIB. Selama melakukan pkm di desa Cibuluh melalui program lesprivat Mahasiswa dapat mengamalkan ilmu dan pembelajaran yang telah dipelajari dibangku kuliah utamanya dalam hal Pendidikan. Kegiatan ini juga dapat melatih mahasiswa untuk menjadi calon guru yang profesional sesuai dengan jurusan Pendidikan yang ditempuh.

Abstract

Pelajar internasional memainkan peran penting dalam lanskap pendidikan global, dan memahami perspektif mereka mengenai investasi dalam pendidikan adalah hal yang sangat penting. Pandemi COVID-19 telah berdampak signifikan terhadap mobilitas pelajar internasional, sehingga menyebabkan pergeseran arus pelajar internasional secara global. Makalah penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi sikap dan persepsi siswa internasional terhadap pendidikan tinggi. Lebih lanjut, makalah ini juga mengevaluasi hasil investasi dalam kerangka pendidikan yang dikemukakan oleh Ogunode dan Ayoko (2023). Partisipan penelitian ini melibatkan 15 mahasiswa internasional yang sedang belajar/belajar di luar negeri, khususnya di Australia, Malaysia, Korea Selatan, Turki, dan Yaman. Temuan menyoroti bahwa hasil investasi di bidang pendidikan tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi pribadi tetapi juga pengembangan profesional untuk mendukung adaptasi dalam globalisasi dan keterampilan abad ke-21 seperti pengetahuan, produktivitas, kemajuan, kreativitas, kesadaran, inovasi, reformasi, kolaborasi, serta Pemberdayaan.

Abstract

This research aims to identify positive psychology through ESP learning in science classes at senior high schools in Indonesia. This study used qualitative method. The data collection method employed interviews and observations to obtain more detailed information regarding the research findings. Three distinct data collection methods involved observation, interview, and questionnaire. The qualitative data analysis method was from data summarization, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research instruments used triangulation, which involved interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that positive psychology serves as a connection or link between humanism and transpersonal. The concept of developing personality potential is evident in Positive Psychology, which also incorporates transcendence as one of its virtues, particularly in relation to spirituality and meaningfulness. The ESP learning concept can enable students to actively participate in foreign language teaching practices in the natural science learning process.

Abstract

This study examines the reconfiguration of education systems in the 21st century by emphasizing the interconnected roles of innovation, equity, and global transformation. The research employs a qualitative approach with a literature-based design to analyze contemporary educational shifts through academic publications and official government data. The findings reveal that educational innovation, particularly through digital technology integration and adaptive pedagogical models, serves as a primary catalyst for systemic transformation. However, disparities in access remain evident, as indicated by the significant decline in school participation rates from 99.19% among children aged 7–12 to 29.01% among young adults aged 19–23 in Indonesia, highlighting structural challenges in sustaining educational continuity. The study further identifies that global transformation has reshaped educational priorities, requiring institutions to incorporate 21st-century competencies, including critical thinking, digital literacy, and cross-cultural understanding. Despite progress in digital adoption, unequal infrastructure distribution and varying levels of institutional readiness continue to hinder inclusive implementation. The discussion underscores that successful education system reconfiguration requires a holistic and integrated approach involving policy alignment, capacity building, and technological accessibility. The study concludes that an adaptive, inclusive, and innovation-driven education system is essential for enhancing global competitiveness while reducing social inequalities. These findings contribute to the broader discourse on sustainable education development by providing a conceptual and empirical foundation for policymakers and educational institutions to design resilient and future-oriented systems.
