Abstract

Strategy Human Resource development at the level of middle management important companies in the era disrupsi this. The development of human resources in the middle-management level is performed to form a personal quality skills, ability to work, and loyalty in the company. Strategy human resource development at the level of middle management can be done with many ways to develop it. Some of the strategies that can be learned by companies in developing and find the human resources in the middle-management level needed one of them through a training program that is hardwired. Training is carried out by developing individual in the form of increased skills, knowledge and attitude. Training is not only useful for employees, but also the company. In order to improve managerial ability, especially on the line of middle management in the company in need of improvement and continuous human resource development in order to create synergy and teamwork company. That the development and competition of the current human resources to be a major factor in the success in winning the competition. The ability and capacity of middle management will be different from one company to another. The critical point of the growth of the company existing on the capacity and capability of middle management.Thus, the need training programs applicable and integrated for the development of human resources in the middle-management level that exists as one of the main assets to a company that everlasting growth. This Program must be supported by all parties corporate executives for the achievement of the vision, mission and goals of the organization. Human resource development at the level of middle management is done through training to improve the ability of the performance of the personal there. The form of the development of human resources in the middle-management level can be done in formal or non-formal for their careers. Every human resources at the level of middle management need training to overcome various problems in their work by teaching steps and the right way.

Abstract

The role of private universities in improving quality must accommodate all aspects of the performance of the tridharma of higher education. The rapid development of higher education institutions must be ready to change, changes that occur in the global business environment also trigger the increasing intensity of competition between higher education service providers, so that each higher education service provider will try to offer high performance higher education services. The purpose of this research is to see how far the implementation of BSC in improving the performance of private universities. Specifically, this study describes four perspectives, including: (1) financial perspective, (2) customer perspective, (3) internal business process perspective (4) learning and growth perspective.This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies. From the research results indicate that the implementation of the BSC has been applied in a systematic, measurable and planned manner so that the Vision, Mission and objectives are achieved. In implementation there is a balance between financial and non-financial.

Abstract

Governance or personnel management is a part of management that deals with people. Personnel management is a field of scienc that studies how to provide a facility for development, work, and also a sense of work participation in an activity or activity. Employee competency development provides a very large advantage for a company because employees who have good competence according to needs will create work effectiveness and efficiency so that company/organization goals will be achieved as much as possible. However, some companies have not shown seriousness in carrying out personnel management properly so that the presence of employees seems to receive less serious attention. Whereas the employee element is the thing that determines the success of a company. For this reason, personal management needs to be managed as well as possible in a professional manner. Based on the above, it is very interesting to discuss how to manage personnel in a company/institution. This paper will discuss personnel management at the Center for the Development and Empowerment of Educators and Education Personnel (PPPPTK) for Kindergarten and Special Education (TK and PLB). With this paper, it is hoped that it will provide an overview of how to carry out personnel management so that it becomes a reference in managing the personnel of an institution

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas terkait manajemen pendidikan kewirausahaan peserta didik Paket C pada Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) berdasar aspek-aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, kendala, dan solusi mengatasi kendala pada pendidikan kewirausahaan bagi peserta didik paket C. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran dengan menyiapkan pendidik dan sosialisasi pada PKBM. Pengorganisasian pada pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan skill dan kemampuan kompetensi yang dimiliki, baik yang bersertifikat secara resmi maupun yang sifatnya skill otodidak. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran yakni menyiapkan ruang komputer dan media pendukung pembelajaran pendidikan kewirausahaan serta menyediakan berbagai sumber belajar diantaranya modul online. Pengawasan pembelajaran dilakukan secara rutin yang dilakukan oleh Pengelola dan Yayasan serta melibatkan tutor setiap tahunnya. Kendala pembelajaran yakni pengaturan alokasi waktu pembelajaran, penyesuaian metode pembelajaran pandemic dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh, dan dalam proses pembelajaran warga belajar yang sudah bekerja minat belajarnya kurang, karena lelah bekerja. Solusi dalam mengatasi kendala pembelajaran yakni memberikan sosialisasi pembelajaran, tutor memberikan pembelajaran secara daring dengan pengerjaan tugasnya diberikan waktu yang fleksibel, dan tutor memberikan dukungan yang sifatnya membangun rasa percaya diri warga belajar dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan dalam manajemen pengelolaan TK/TPA Al-Qur’an Badan Komunikasi Pemuda Remaja Masjid Indonesia (BKPRMI) Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field reseach) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang tidak ada populasi dan sampel, kalaupun digunakan kata sampel maka sampelnya bersifat purposif, sumber data disebut informan (expert informan). untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan peneliti menggunakan beberapa metode, antara lain wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan adalah planning, organizing, actutuating dan controlling (POAC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan , diperoleh deskripsi bahwa Manajemen TK/TPA Al-Qur’an BKPRMI Kalimantan Tengah, yaitu untuk: Perencanaan, Kepala TK dan semua pengurus dengan terlebih dahulu menentukan tujuan pendidikan, visi dan misi, kemudian melakukan perencanaan komponen pendidikan yang terdiri dari kurikulum dan pengajaran, perencanaan tenaga pendidik baru, mengatur penugasanya dan melakukan pelatihan), kesiswaan/kesantrian, (perencanaan santri baru, pencatatan ketatausahaan santri,, bimbingan belajar/ekstrakulikuler dan pencatatan prestasi santri), sarana dan prasarana (pengadaan, penempatan dan pemeliharaan), keuangan dan pembiayaan, (rencana pemasukan, pencatatan dan laporan pertanggung jawaban) serta hubungan masyarakat (pembuatan program pertemuan/pengajian dengan wali santri).

Abstract

This research examines whether Sharia banks in South Tangerang City can achieve good performance if measured using the Balanced Score Card (BSC) approach from the perspective of finance, customers, internal business processes, and learning and growth. This field research observes population behaviour or events in a particular area. This research is descriptive and analytical. The research results show that Bank Syariah ABC UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Branch and Bank Syariah XYZ Ciputat Branch show adequate financial health, viewed from a financial perspective showing an increase in ROI of 3.14%, while Bank Syariah in 2022. Viewed from a customer perspective, the number of savings customers at Bank Syariah ABC has decreased by 1.25%. Meanwhile, from an internal business process perspective, Bank Syariah XYZ is not considered good enough because the response time is quite long when responding to customers. Viewed from a growth and learning perspective, the performance of these two Sharia banks is in good condition.

Abstract

Implementing the Balance Scorecard (BSC) cannot guarantee the success of an organization in achieving its goal, this depends on how strong the determination is to implement BSC in the organization. Studies regarding the opportunities and challenges faced in the process of implementing or implementing BSC in schools are still very limited. The aims of this research are to: 1). Know, describe and analyze opportunities and challenges in implementing BSC at SMK Negeri 4 Tasikmalaya and SMK Negeri 1 Cipaku Ciamis; 2) describe the opportunities and challenges of implementing BSC at SMK Negeri 4 Tasikmalaya and SMK Negeri 1 Cipaku Ciamis. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis study, collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used in this research follows the Mile’s model. The research results show that as non-profit organizations, SMK Negeri 4 Tasikmalaya and SMK Negeri 1 Cipaku Ciamis are trying to implement BSC to measure their performance. The results of this assessment are contained in the Annual Work Plan (RKT) which is displayed in various strategies with the highest scores in the BSC analysis which will be implemented in the coming year period. Conclusions are : 1) The implementation of BSC at SMK Negeri 4 Tasikmalaya and SMK Negeri 1 Cipaku Ciamis has been implemented well. Viewed from a customer perspective, internal processes, growth and learning as well as a financial perspective, Many schools have implemented the BSC concept and supported BSC-based performance development. 2) chool has challenges in its implementation, especially in terms of collaboration with Dudi. Schools rarely carry out market research to meet industry needs, there is still a lack of commitment from school management in terms of consistent implementation of BSC. Schools also have difficulty measuring and evaluating school progress performance. Schools still experience dependence on BOS and BOPD funds and still lack transparency and accountability in managing school finances.

Abstract

Kompetensi lulusan SMK belum memenuhi standar kebutuhan DUDI, sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan jumlah pengangguran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis manajemen prakerin dalam meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan SMK. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif, dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: bahwa manajemen Prakerin untuk meningkatkan mutu lulusan yang memiliki kesiapan kerja dan berdaya saing terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan antara manajemen Prakerin, pembelajaran berbasis kelas industri, ketersediaan alat praktek, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan kontribusi DUDI terhadap kompetensi lulusan. Hal ini menginformasikan bahwa kompetensi lulusan akan unggul jika sekolah lebih aktif dalam meningkatkan kerjasama dengan DUDI, tidak hanya dalam pelaksanaan Prakerin tetapi kerjasama dalam bidang lainnya.

Abstract

The adoption of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in the educational sector has grown significantly, yet global trends and implementation remain underexplored. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to map these trends, identify influential works, and highlight regional variations in BSC research within education. The objective is to understand how educational institutions worldwide integrate BSC into their strategic management processes. Using bibliometric methods, we analyzed peer-reviewed journals from the Scopus database, focusing on BSC in education. Initially, 350 datasets were identified, refined to 192 after applying inclusion criteria, and further narrowed to 135 datasets based on relevance. The study examines publication trends, key authors, subject areas, productive countries, and influential articles. Cluster analysis identified the main research topics and emerging themes. Findings reveal significant expansion in BSC research in education over the past 26 years, with notable contributions from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Taiwan. High-impact studies focus on performance evaluation, quality management, and strategic alignment. Despite this growth, BSC research in education has not reached maturity, indicating potential for further exploration. This study fills a critical gap in bibliometric analyses of BSC in education, especially post-2018, and demonstrates the effective use of VOSviewer for mapping and visualizing data, offering insights for future research and practical applications.

Abstract

Pelajar internasional memainkan peran penting dalam lanskap pendidikan global, dan memahami perspektif mereka mengenai investasi dalam pendidikan adalah hal yang sangat penting. Pandemi COVID-19 telah berdampak signifikan terhadap mobilitas pelajar internasional, sehingga menyebabkan pergeseran arus pelajar internasional secara global. Makalah penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi sikap dan persepsi siswa internasional terhadap pendidikan tinggi. Lebih lanjut, makalah ini juga mengevaluasi hasil investasi dalam kerangka pendidikan yang dikemukakan oleh Ogunode dan Ayoko (2023). Partisipan penelitian ini melibatkan 15 mahasiswa internasional yang sedang belajar/belajar di luar negeri, khususnya di Australia, Malaysia, Korea Selatan, Turki, dan Yaman. Temuan menyoroti bahwa hasil investasi di bidang pendidikan tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi pribadi tetapi juga pengembangan profesional untuk mendukung adaptasi dalam globalisasi dan keterampilan abad ke-21 seperti pengetahuan, produktivitas, kemajuan, kreativitas, kesadaran, inovasi, reformasi, kolaborasi, serta Pemberdayaan.
