Abstract

Economic literacy education and personal financial management have an important role in preparing the younger generation to face future economic challenges. The aim of this service is to increase students' understanding of SMK Nurcahaya Medan about economic literacy and how to manage personal finances effectively. This activity is carried out through counseling, interactive discussions and financial management simulations. The results of this activity show an increase in students' knowledge regarding basic economic concepts, budget management, and the importance of financial planning. With this activity, it is hoped that students can practice wise financial management in everyday life.

Abstract

Individual economic stability is a crucial prerequisite for achieving well-being and financial independence. The Community Service Program (PKM) titled "Initial Steps Towards Economic Stability for Students of SMA Swasta Nurcahaya Kota Medan" aims to enhance students' financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills through socialization and discussion. This activity involved introducing the basic concepts of economic stability, personal financial management, and simple entrepreneurial initiatives. The results showed positive responses, with increased student understanding of financial literacy, awareness of the importance of personal economic stability, and interest in starting small businesses. These findings indicate that the program successfully motivated students to create simple financial plans and be more attentive to economic conditions. This step serves as a significant foundation for preparing students to face future economic challenges.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide an understanding of the basics of preparing financial reports for students of SMK Al Washliyah Pasar Senen 1 Medan. An understanding of the preparation of financial statements, although in a simple way, is needed for Vocational High School (SMK) students, to apply the theory gained in college. The method used in this community service activity is in the form of training from lecturers to students of SMK Al Washliyah Pasar Senen 1 Medan. From this training activity, it can be seen that the students of SMK Al-Falah understand the material presented by the lecturer, as can be seen from the enthusiasm of the students in the questions asked. This activity is expected so that students can understand how to record and prepare reports, so that when they enter the community, they are able to adapt well.

Abstract

Ekonomi hijau merupakan salah satu strategi utama dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia, yang bertujuan untuk menyeimbangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan pelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review untuk menganalisis tren, implementasi, dampak, tantangan, serta peluang ekonomi hijau di Indonesia. Data diperoleh dari jurnal ilmiah, laporan kebijakan, dan sumber terpercaya lainnya yang dipublikasikan dalam dekade terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perhatian terhadap ekonomi hijau meningkat secara signifikan sejak implementasi Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), dengan fokus utama pada energi terbarukan, efisiensi sumber daya, dan ekonomi sirkular. Dampak positif ekonomi hijau terlihat dari pengurangan emisi karbon, penciptaan lapangan kerja di sektor energi bersih, dan peningkatan daya saing produk lokal. Namun, tantangan utama meliputi minimnya insentif, kesenjangan koordinasi antar pemerintah, serta keterbatasan pendanaan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kebijakan insentif yang inklusif, penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, dan optimalisasi potensi sumber daya alam untuk mempercepat transisi ekonomi hijau. Dengan mengatasi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada, ekonomi hijau dapat menjadi fondasi yang kokoh untuk mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.
