Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren) and schools are formal educational institutions that play a role in educating the community. The role of university students in improving students' legal literacy can be expanded through field schools. Unfortunately, however, not many field schools are designed to improve community legal literacy. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of legal literacy field schools to increase legal awareness of students at the SMK Unggulan Al Manar Tajinan, and to provide an innovative concept for legal literacy field schools in the form of an action plan. This research uses a descriptive method, with a systematic literature review approach applied as the philosophical basis in developing the field school innovation. In providing education to vocational high school students, the Field School instills the values of legal awareness and initiative. The learning methods used in the Field School are Direct Class and Reflective. The material provided to participants is 12 lessons, which cover 3 competencies: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor, involving aspects of legal literacy, legal awareness, communication, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to make real efforts to implement the Field School action plan which includes Planning, Strategizing, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling and Evaluating so that the implementation of the Field School can be sustainable and have a broader impact in fostering legal awareness in the community.
