Abstract

With various events that have a negative impact on Scarlett at the time of the product being boycotted because it is pro to Zionist carried out by the owner of Scarlett. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the role of public relations in restoring the image of Scarlett products. This study uses a literature study methodology by collecting references from previous research from several researchers. The results of the research conducted show that public relations has a very important role in regulating the flow to restore Scarlett's image to the public through the media used, such as online media and print media to provide an explanation of the case, apologies to the public to regain public trust in Scarlett in order to get a good image again.

Abstract

School educational institutions are institutions that provide teaching and learning processes that must be supported by good facilities and infrastructure. Not only that, you also need a sense of security and comfort in the classroom so that it is hoped that there will be a feeling of enthusiasm for learning. The aim of Community Service (PKM) in the social, cultural and environmental fields by the Student Work Lecture (KKM) group 40 of Cikerai Subdistrict is to increase students' enthusiasm for learning through repairing and painting classroom walls both inside and outside the classroom. The method used is the ABCD (Asset Based Communities Development) approach which emphasizes an inventory of existing assets in the community. The PKM results show that there are changes in the atmosphere produced before and after painting, this is expected to make students enthusiastic and feel at home studying at the school. Long-term efforts need to be made to maintain and preserve the school environment so that the program becomes even more perfect.

Abstract

Fashion design as a creative and intellectual expression requires appropriate legal protection to encourage innovation and protect the rights of creators. This article discusses the important role of law in protecting fashion design from an intellectual protection perspective. This approach involves an analysis of the role of intellectual property rights, especially copyright and industrial design, in providing adequate protection for works of art in the world of fashion. Copyright provides automatic protection for original works, including fashion designs. However, copyright restrictions result in limited protection, which is why it is important to understand how industrial designs can provide broader protection. Through industrial design registration, creators can secure exclusive rights to their fashion designs, preventing unauthorized duplication. This legal protection also helps create a fair business environment and fuels the growth of the fashion industry. By recognizing the economic and creative value of fashion design, the law plays a role in encouraging investment and innovation in the sector. Therefore, a deep understanding of the role of law in the intellectual protection of fashion design is crucial for interested industry players, creators and users.
