Abstract

ABSTRACT  Productivity garment greatly influenced by the work station facilities and presence in the workplace . UD Aliya -  Malang is one example as an object of research . Based on the research conducted , there are still some problems . This is also supported by the operator of complaints about the draft working facilities , the work table is often used as a medium to carry out the activity of cutting material (cloth or canvas). Incompatibility between the dimension table with the body dimensions of operators resulted in operators often complain , and perform movements beyond the normal limits . By using anthropometric approach , the results obtained is the size of the table corresponding to the dimensions of the body of the operator , namely the size of the table is 117cm x 69cm x 98,41cm . Keywords: Work Station, Facilities of Work, Anthropometry

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kewenangan, kepercayaan dan komitmen, kinerja kemitraan terhadap stabilitas kemitraan antara perusahaan dan petani. Penelitian ini menggunakan model  persamaan  struktural  (SEM). Dari hasil penelitian  kewenangan berpengaruh signifikan pada kepercayaan dan komitmen. Sedangkan kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh komitmen dan kinerja kemitraan. Komitmen berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja kemitraan dan stabilitas kemitraan.

Abstract

Abstract: Technology Acceptance Model was developed in order to describe therelationship between user’sperceptive and their attitude toward an object. This researchmain purpose is to analyze the relationship between mobile game’s player’s perceptiveand their attitude toward the game and finally how that relationship affect user’sintention to use newer game. The research conducted in Indonesia and using purposivesampling, we have collected data from 170 Clash of Clan players. We use Partial LeastSquare (PLS) as our data analysis technique. This research results are user’s perceptive(perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use) both has direct significant effecttoward attitude and intention to use. In addition, direct significant effect also foundbetween attitude and intention to use, which made attitude toward use could becomemediated variable between the relationship between users’s perceptive and user’sintention to use. This research contribution is giving a good description for theimportance role of user’s attitude toward product use to improve user’s intention to usethe product.Keywords: TAM, User’s Perception, User’s Attitude, User’s Intention, Mobile Game

Abstract

Cabbage is one of the vegetables that have development prospects because it has high economic and social value. The demand is increasing, both domestically and abroad. At this time most of the flower cabbage plants are still imported from outside the region and are still rarely cultivated by farmers in West Kalimantan. This study aims to obtain the best dose of ale-ale shell flour for growth and yield of cauliflower on peat soil. The method used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) which consisted of one treatment factor, namely the factor of giving ale-ale shell flour (A) which consisted of 5 levels of treatment and each treatment consisted of 3 replications. The treatments in question were: a1 : giving ale-ale shell flour as much as 144.34 g/polybag, a2 : giving ale-ale shell flour as much as 171.51 g/polybag 3: giving ale-ale shell flour as much as 228.68 g/ polybag, a4 : provision of ale-ale shell flour as much as 285.85 g/polybag, a5 : provision of 343.02 g/polybag shellale-ale flour. Observational data were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance (F test at 5% level), if the F test showed a significant effect from each treatment, then Duncan's multiple distance test at 5% level. The results showed that the administration of ale-ale shell flour at a dose of 285.85 g/polybag was the best for the growth and yield of cauliflowerINTISARIKubis  bunga  merupakan  salah  satu sayuran yang memiliki prospek pengembangan     karena   mempunyai     nilai ekonomi dan sosial yang tinggi. Permintaannya    semakin    meningkat,    baik didalam negeri maupun di  luar negeri. Pada saat sekarang  ini sebagian besar tanaman kubis bunga masih didatangkan dari luar daerah  dan masih jarang diusahakan oleh petani di Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis tepung cangkang ale-ale yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil kubis bunga pada tanah gambut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari satu faktor perlakuan yaitu faktor pemberian tepung cangkang ale-ale (A) yang terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan dan setiap perlakuan terdiri dari  3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah : a1 : pemberian tepung cangkang ale-ale sebanyak 144,34 g/polybag ,  a2 : pemberian tepung cangkang ale-ale sebanyak 171,51 g/polybag 3 : pemberian tepung cangkang ale-ale sebanyak 228,68 g/polybag, a4 : pemberian tepung cangkang ale-ale sebanyak 285,85 g/polybag, a5 : pemberian tepung cangkangale-ale sebanyak 343,02 g/polybag. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis secara statistik dengan menggunakan analisis varians (uji F taraf 5%), apabila uji F menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang nyata dari masing-masing perlakuan dilanjutkan dengan uji jarak berganda Duncan pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tepung cangkang ale-ale takaran 285,85 g/polybag terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil kubis bunga pada tanah gambut.

Abstract

MSME governance is one way to ensure that their business performance is sustainable and sustainable. Various methods are used to handle these governance problems. The aim of this Community Service (PKM) activity in the MSME sector is to implement MSME Governance within the Cikerai Village environment. The method used is conducting surveys and interviews with four stages starting from analysis to reporting. The results of PKM activities were carried out on the owner of the MSME business Mrs. Nay with the Nayy brand, who has a cassava chips snack business with financial and marketing constraints. After carrying out this activity, there was an understanding of MSME players, especially recording financial reports and developing traditional marketing into digital marketing

Abstract

Stunting is another term for poor nutrition. Many studies have been conducted based on nutritious foods that are abundantly available in the home environment, one of which is Moringa leaves. The aim of Community Service (PKM) in the Health sector is because there are cases of stunting in the Cikerai Village, Cibeber District, Cilegon City. This research method was carried out through socialization and health education regarding nutritious foods to prevent stunting. The expected result is that stunting participants, sub-district/village officials, and health workers can support the acceleration of stunting reduction by preventing it through nutritious food from moringa leaves made into nuggets so that stunted children and pregnant women will receive intake from food innovations.

Abstract

Soil is a nutrient for plants and they grow well and optimally. The nutrients needed by plants include macro elements and micro elements. So that plants can grow well. For this reason, we need a tool to check soil fertility levels from makeshift materials or simple items. The aim of Community Service (PKM) in the field of appropriate technology by KKM group 40 in Cikerai Village is to implement measuring soil fertility levels from simple items. The PKM method used is approach, direct introduction, and knowledge of soil fertility measuring tools. The results of this PKM were responded well by farmers in the Cikerai Village area even though at first they seemed confused, so this tool can be used in the future.

Abstract

School is an educational institution that aims to educate the nation. However, sometimes there are many problems, especially those related to students or students. Starting from cases of brawls, discipline, harassment, to bullying. Bullying is actually nothing new, but along with the times and changes in technology, there is also a lot of news that is viral and widely discussed. Bullying can also cause addiction for students and can form groups with certain members, which can even become potential gangsters in the future. The aim of this PKM in the field of law is one of the KKM programs for students from the 40 Cikerai Village groups at Bina Bangsa University as a form of concern for the rise in cases of bullying and gangsters at the secondary school level, especially Junior High Schools (SMP), which have a negative impact in the long term. The method for implementing PKM this time was a seminar on legal protection of the dangers of bullying and gangsterism among junior high school students. The results of this PKM conclude that there is a negative impact on bullying and gangsterism, both on physical, mental and psychological health. And can be caught in the law regarding bullying and gangsterism.

Abstract

School educational institutions are institutions that provide teaching and learning processes that must be supported by good facilities and infrastructure. Not only that, you also need a sense of security and comfort in the classroom so that it is hoped that there will be a feeling of enthusiasm for learning. The aim of Community Service (PKM) in the social, cultural and environmental fields by the Student Work Lecture (KKM) group 40 of Cikerai Subdistrict is to increase students' enthusiasm for learning through repairing and painting classroom walls both inside and outside the classroom. The method used is the ABCD (Asset Based Communities Development) approach which emphasizes an inventory of existing assets in the community. The PKM results show that there are changes in the atmosphere produced before and after painting, this is expected to make students enthusiastic and feel at home studying at the school. Long-term efforts need to be made to maintain and preserve the school environment so that the program becomes even more perfect.

Abstract

Character can be formed and developed which is a person's characteristic from human behavior. Character can also be influenced by various things such as the human family's own experiences, the surrounding environment, religion, and a person's personality. The aim of Community Service (PKM) in the religious sector by the KKM group 40 of Cikerai Village is to increase children's participation in the formation of religious character through positive activities, namely religious activities. This needs to be done considering technological developments and the digitalization era that is currently trending in society. This PKM method uses a PKM approach based on community participation actions. The PKM results show that religious activities in the Cikerai Subdistrict area are quite strong in the community considering that there are still religious figures and community leaders who still adhere closely to religious and cultural principles. So there was collaborative participation from both children and religious leaders around the Sambidingko Village mosque as well as KKM students who took the initiative to hold this religious activity.
