Abstract

This research on the implementation of the rural Coastal Tourism Development policy aims to analyze the factors that affect the managerial ability of the Busung Village Government apparatus, Seri Kuala Lobam District, Bintan Regency to implement the coastal village development policy with a tourist character, also distinguishing the administrative performance overview of the Busung local rural Government, Seri Kuala Lobam District on Bintan Regency to realize the implementation of rural coastal tourism development policies. The research intends to empower data and information needed during research, namely data sourced directly from the research location through the  in-depth interviews practice that will be continuously empowered to develop a comprehent discussion of research in a qualitative approach in the descriptive form explanations of the phenomena that occur. The research findings confirm that the implementation of the rural government process is still not optimally colored by the involvement of community subjects as the main actors who participate in efforts to rural development at the research site.

Abstract

Ilm al-Kalam, sebagai sebuah disiplin ilmu teologi Islam, telah berevolusi sebagai respons terhadap dinamika zaman. Rekonstruksi Ilm al-Kalam dalam konteks Islam kontemporer telah menjadi sebuah keniscayaan untuk menjawab tantangan modernitas, sekularisme, dan pluralisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana Ilm al-Kalam dapat diadaptasi tanpa kehilangan esensi teologisnya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan historis dan analisis kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji peran Ilm al-Kalam dalam menjawab isu-isu kontemporer dan bagaimana pemikiran teologis dapat tetap relevan dalam menjawab realitas modern. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa ilmu Kalam dapat tetap menjadi ilmu yang dinamis dan aplikatif dalam kehidupan umat Islam. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya upaya kolaborasi antara para ulama dan intelektual Muslim dalam merekonstruksi ilmu Kalam agar tetap relevan dengan realitas zaman sekarang. Dialog antarumat beragama juga harus terus ditingkatkan untuk memperkuat pemahaman bersama dan mencegah terjadinya konflik yang tidak perlu. Dengan demikian, Islam dapat terus menjadi rahmat bagi seluruh alam dan memberikan solusi bagi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi umat manusia saat ini. Kesimpulan, Ilm al-Kalam harus tetap berpijak pada wahyu ilahi dan nalar rasional sekaligus terbuka pada dinamika sosial untuk mempertahankan relevansinya di era modern.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using instructional media on students' learning motivation in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMA Negeri 1 Singkep Pesisir. The background of this research is the low motivation of students in learning PAI, which is influenced by internal and external factors, particularly the school environment. The use of instructional media is expected to be a solution to increase students' interest and motivation to learn. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 55 students as research samples. The Chi-Square test results showed a significant effect between the use of instructional media and learning motivation with an Asymp. Sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. The correlation test indicates that variable X (instructional media) and variable Y (learning motivation) have a perfect correlation, with a significance value of 0.01 < 0.05 and a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.957, which falls within the perfect correlation range (0.81-1.00). The results of this study show that the use of instructional media has a significant effect on increasing students' learning motivation. These findings indicate that innovative and interactive instructional media can encourage students to be more active in the learning process, particularly in the subject of PAI. The study’s recommendations emphasize the importance of schools providing adequate instructional media facilities to support a more effective learning process

Abstract

This study aims to determine library management as alearning resource center at SD Negeri 012 Singkep Barat and todetermine the factors that influence library management as alearning resource center at SD Negeri 012 Singkep Barat. Themethod used is a qualitative method with a phenomenologicalapproach. The research subjects were the principal and 2 teachersof SD Negeri 012 Singkep Barat. The object of research is librarymanagement as a learning resource center. Data collectiontechniques through interviews, observation, and documentation.The data analysis technique used is data reduction, datapresentation and conclusion. The results showed that librarymanagement at SD Negeri 012 Singkep Barat was not optimal. Oneof the inhibiting factors is the lack of budget and human resources(library staff) and the principle of library management as alearning resource center, of the 4 principles of PSB management,there are 3 principles that have been running well, namely theprinciples of information system management, productionmanagement, and management principles. While the principle ofservice management needs to be improved so that activities in thelibrary can run optimally. With good library management, theactivities in the library will run smoothly in accordance with themanagement functions and principles of library management as alearning resource center.

Abstract

This research aims to provide deeper insight into the role of Islamic religious education in higher education in counteracting radicalism in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is library research with library data collection methods, reading, recording, and processing research materials called library research or often also called library studies. The results of this study for Islamic religious education in higher education have an important role in shaping a correct, critical, and inclusive understanding of moderate and tolerant Islamic teachings. The Islamic religious education curriculum in higher education must be designed with attention to inclusiveness, critical thinking, national values, and tolerance. Lecturers have an important role in guiding students, providing moral examples, and facilitating open discussions on issues of radicalism. Students have an important contribution as agents of change in counteracting radicalism. In conclusion, Islamic religious education in higher education plays an important role in counteracting radicalism in Indonesia through an approach that is accurate, inclusive, critical, and based on national values and tolerance.
