Abstract

The community is one of the systems of a village that is obliged to be involved in village development activities. The community is involved from planning, programming to implementation, to monitoring sessions. Without the role of a citizen, it is impossible to make the villagers prosperous. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of residents in the development and construction of roads in the village of Karanggeger Pajarakan Probolinggo.(Minahasa, 2017) In this case, the theory used is Mikkelsen (1999: 64) in Isbandi's book (2007: 27), namely Participatory Planning Based on Community Assets. Research Methods: This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Sugiono (2002: 6) qualitative descriptive research is an activity carried out on independent variables, namely without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. The focus of the research is community participation in infrastructure development in the village of Karanggeger Pajarakan Probolinggo. Data processing is done by presenting data, reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of the study were reviewed from 5 indicators including; 1. community participation in contributing in this case community participation is low especially with very minimal meetings, 2. community participation in the sensitization process (sensitizing) in this case the government is not doing enough socialization so that the community is less sensitive to development, 3. Community participation with very high voluntary involvement in both labor and money, 4. community participation with an active process in this case the community is less active in participation and development and seems to be waiting for command, 5. community participation by conducting dialogue between the local community and staff in terms of this lack of dialogue between the community and the government.

Abstract

Abstract In this research is how the position of the Extension of the Religion of Islam in minimizing the formation of divorce in the Village Selogudik District Pajarakan Probolinggo Regency. The extension of religion as the religious leaders required in order to able to deploy all aspects of construction through the door of religion so that counseling can be successful, until someone religious educator can master module of propaganda, the ordinances of the da'wah and extension method, so that one religious educator is expected to achieve the purpose of da'wah is can give new insights to the community towards a better life and a prosperous born or inner. This study is expected to be able to share contributions or enrich the concepts, the theories of the science of research that is suitable to the field of science in something to research as well as research results is expected to be able to share the input to the community special Religious Educator. The research uses field research( field research). Primary information source is the main information obtained directly from the field. In this research the primary information source shaped the results of interviews with Religious Educator KUA Kecamatan Pajarakan, the Head of the Village Selogudik, Religious leaders, community leaders of the Village Selogudik, people which parted as well as people who are not up to the split in the Village Selogudik. On the contrary a source of secondary information is reported, the daily, as well as books that support this research. All the information is systematically compiled, reviewed, after which it is drawn a conclusion in conjunction with the problems in the meticulously. The results of the research show that the position of the Extension of the Religion of Islam in minimizing the formation of divorce in the Village Selogudik District Pajarakan Probolinggo Regency has not been optimally perform their duties. This can be seen from the results of the research if that is so obstacle is the lack of public knowledge about the task and the position of the Extension of the Religion of Islam. So there is still very little companion husband and wife who were about to leave come and ask for advice to the Extension of the Religion of Islam. Dalam riset ini merupakan bagaimana kedudukan Penyuluh Agama Islam dalam meminimalisir terbentuknya perceraian di Desa Selogudik Kecamatan Pajarakan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penyuluh agama selaku pemuka agama dituntut supaya sanggup menyebarkan seluruh aspek pembangunan lewat pintu agama supaya penyuluhan bisa sukses, hingga seseorang penyuluh agama bisa menguasai modul dakwah, tata cara dakwah serta metode penyuluhan, sehingga seseorang penyuluh agama diharapkan bisa menggapai tujuan dakwah ialah bisa memberi wawasan baru kepada masyarakat kearah kehidupan yang lebih baik serta sejahtera lahir ataupun batin. Abstract

Laporan keuangan memiliki peran sentral dalam menggambarkan kondisi financial suatu entitas dan pelatihan menyusun laporan keuangan di SMK Talenta Bangsa merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dibidang ini. Keputusan memilih SMK Talenta Bangsa sebagai tempat pelatihan didasarkan pada keinginan untuk melibatkan sekolah-sekolah dalam upaya pengembanagan kompetensi dibidang keuangan. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengalaman mendalam tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan, memperjelas pentingnya transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah. Manfaatnya mencakup peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam menganalisis dan menyajikan informasi keuangan, serta memperkuat praktik pengelolaan keuangan yang efisien. Metode pelatihan melibatkan penyampaian teori, study kasus, dan pelatihan praktis dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Dengan 35 peserta yang ikut serta, interaksi antara peserta dan fasilitator meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan aplikasi praktis. Hasilnya mencakup peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang akurat an relefan, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kemampuan sekolah dalam mengelola sumber daya finansialnya. Pelatihan ini, sebagai bagian dari upaya pengembangan kapasitas di SMK Talenta Bangsa, membuka peluang untuk penerapan praktik keuangan yang lebih baik, meningkatkan akuntabilitas, dan pada akhirnya mendukung pencapaian tujuan Pendidikan sekolah dengan optimal. Pelatihan ini berupa pencatatan transaksi (mencatat transaksi ke dalam jurnal dan buku besar). Penyesuaian (menyesuaikan catatan dengan akurasi, seperti penyusutan asset atau penyesuaian pajak). Laporan keuangan (membuat neraca, laporan laba rugi, dan laporan arus kas). Penulisan cek, penulisan nota penjualan dan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini secara spesifik bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di MINU 37 Hidayatul Ulum Candi. penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosiatif atau hubungan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik statistik regresi linier sederhana, Pengambilan Sample menggunakan Random Samplimg. Sampel yang diambil yaitu siswa kelas 1-6 dengan 30 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu variabel Independen Tingkat Pendidikan Orang Tua ( X ) dan Satu Variabel Dependen Yaitu Prestasi Belajar Siswa ( Y ). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data premer dengan 30 respoden dan data skunder berupa nilai rata-rata rapot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengujian hipotesis, diperoleh hasil yakni terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara antara tingkat pendidikan orang tua dengan prestasi belajar siswa dengan hasil nilai signifikansi < 0,05 ( 0,008 < 0,05) dan nilai pearso correlation > r tabel ( 0,474 > 0,374). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

The concept of kafa’ah (marital compatibility) in Islamic marriage law has long served as a normative framework to ensure harmony between spouses based on factors such as lineage, wealth, profession, and religious commitment. However, contemporary societies face new realities—such as inter-ethnic marriages, higher levels of education, and socioeconomic diversity—that challenge traditional interpretations of kafa’ah. This study explores how the concept of kafa’ah is interpreted, debated, and applied within contemporary Islamic legal scholarship and systems across Muslim-majority communities. The primary objective is to systematically review the existing literature to identify dominant themes, research gaps, and developments in the application of kafa’ah in contemporary contexts. Using meta-analysis and the PRISMA framework, the researchers selected and analyzed 42 peer-reviewed articles published between 2000 and 2024 from databases including Scopus, ScienceDirect, and PubMed. The findings indicate that most studies on kafa’ah still adopt a normative-theological approach with limited empirical engagement, with the concept most frequently discussed in relation to social status, wealth, piety, and religious affiliation. However, an increasing number of studies reflect a shift in understanding kafa’ah toward mutual respect, shared values, and socioeconomic compatibility rather than rigid class or lineage standards. These findings underscore the necessity of a contemporary, contextual, and reform-oriented approach to kafa’ah, particularly within legal systems and religious fatwas that aim to strike a balance between tradition and social justice, as well as the realities of modern society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine library management as alearning resource center at SD Negeri 012 Singkep Barat and todetermine the factors that influence library management as alearning resource center at SD Negeri 012 Singkep Barat. Themethod used is a qualitative method with a phenomenologicalapproach. The research subjects were the principal and 2 teachersof SD Negeri 012 Singkep Barat. The object of research is librarymanagement as a learning resource center. Data collectiontechniques through interviews, observation, and documentation.The data analysis technique used is data reduction, datapresentation and conclusion. The results showed that librarymanagement at SD Negeri 012 Singkep Barat was not optimal. Oneof the inhibiting factors is the lack of budget and human resources(library staff) and the principle of library management as alearning resource center, of the 4 principles of PSB management,there are 3 principles that have been running well, namely theprinciples of information system management, productionmanagement, and management principles. While the principle ofservice management needs to be improved so that activities in thelibrary can run optimally. With good library management, theactivities in the library will run smoothly in accordance with themanagement functions and principles of library management as alearning resource center.

Abstract

The issue of kafa'ah in marriage is very important in order to foster harmony in married life. Why is it so important to pay attention? because it is often found that families who have been running a household, after many years, problems suddenly arise, which are only discovered later as a result of a lack of compatibility in terms of economics, morals, social strata, education and hobbies. Marriages are carried out only with the capital of likes and likes, mutual love and true belief that with this capital they will be happy. Hadiths about kafa'ah and dowry provide guidance on the importance of equality and responsibility in marriage. Sociologically, the concepts of kafa'ah and dowry help maintain stability and harmony in the household and society. From a normative theological perspective, both of them emphasize the importance of maintaining religious values ​​and justice in marriage. Even though there have been changes in the interpretation and application of these concepts in modern society, the essence of Islamic teachings regarding kafa'ah and dowry remain relevant as guidelines for living a blessed domestic life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya kasus kekerasan dan pelecehan berbasis gender di lingkungan kerja yang berdampak serius terhadap korban, baik secara fisik, psikis, maupun sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penanganan penyelesaian perselisihan kasus KPBG di PT. Nikomas Gemilang serta menganalisis pertimbangan hakim dalam putusan Nomor 29/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2023/PN Srg. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif yuridis dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, konvensi internasional, kontrak kerja, doktrin hukum, serta analisis putusan pengadilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanganan kasus KPBG di PT. Nikomas Gemilang masih menghadapi kendala, antara lain perbedaan kronologi laporan, lemahnya pembuktian, dan adanya potensi viktimisasi ganda terhadap korban maupun pihak yang dilaporkan. Pertimbangan hakim dalam putusan Nomor 29/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2023/PN Srg lebih menekankan pada aspek formalitas pembuktian dan perjanjian kerja bersama, sehingga belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan perlindungan hak-hak korban sebagaimana diatur dalam UU TPKS maupun prinsip kesetaraan gender
