Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of taste, product excellence, and cost impact or price on purchasing decisions for Sempol Gendut.Located on JL DR Wahidin GG 4 RT 011 RW 002 Bulusidokare Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, 61216. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and observation. The sampling method employed is simple random sampling, and the data analysis is conducted using the SEM PLS approach.Data processing in this study was carried out using Smart PLS version 4.0. Hypothesis testing was conducted through path direct effect tests and indirect effect tests. The analysis results revealed that the taste variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while the product excellence and cost variables also demonstrated positive and significant effects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, organizational commitment and work motivation employee performance at CV. Farmer's Bracelet. This research uses quantitative methods. Sources of data used through primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed through a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling technique and simple random sampling using the slovin formula for employees of CV. Bracelet Tani, with a total of 159 respondents. The results showed that: (1) Career Development (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) simultaneously affect Employee Performance (Y) on CV. Bracelet Tani. This conclusion is based on the results of the F test which shows Fcount t table and the significance value is less than 0.05 so that the first hypothesis proposed is proven true. (2) Career Development (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) partially affect Employee Performance (Y) on CV. Farmer's Bracelet. This conclusion is based on the results of the t test which shows that tcount ttable and the significance value is less than 0.05 so that the second hypothesis proposed is proven true. (3) Career Development (X1) is a variable that has a dominant influence on Employee Performance (Y) on CV. Farmer's Bracelet. This conclusion is based on the value of tcount and the value of standardized of coefficients Beta is the largest compared to the variables of Organizational Commitment (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, compensation and organizational culture on Alfamidi's work productivity in the city of Sidoarjo, Porong and Candi sub-districts during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. Data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents who are Alfamidi employees in Porong and Candi sub-districts. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS (statistical program for social science) version 21 for windows. The results of this study indicate that work stress variables affect productivity, compensation affects work productivity, and organizational culture variables do not effect on work productivity in the districts of Porong and Candi.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of leadership style, career development, and intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction at BPR ARTHA MANDIRI. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 63 employees, data were analyzed using SPSS version 29.0. Results indicate that leadership style, career development, and intrinsic motivation all have significant positive effects on job satisfaction. These findings suggest that improving these factors can enhance employee satisfaction, recommending organizations to focus on effective leadership, career growth opportunities, and fostering intrinsic motivation. Highlight: Leadership, career development, and motivation significantly enhance job satisfaction. Study analyzed 63 BPR ARTHA MANDIRI employees using SPSS 29.0. Improving these factors boosts employee satisfaction and organizational success. Keyword: job satisfaction, leadership style, career development, intrinsic motivation, quantitative research
