Efforts to increase agricultural production cannot be separated from the role of agricultural instructors. The existence of agricultural extension workers can help farmers obtain the information and technology they need. The high or low productivity of a farming business is influenced by the difficulty of farmers in adopting new technology. This research aims to determine the level of role of agricultural instructors towards tomato farmers and the relationship between the role of agricultural instructors in increasing tomato (Solanum Lycopersicum) production in the Suri Pudi farmer group, Done Village, Magepanda District. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample used was a saturated sample of 32 people, and data analysis used a Likert scale and Spearman rank. The results of the research show that the level of role of agricultural instructors towards tomato farmers in the Suri Pudi farmer group, Done Village, Magepanda District is in the high category with a value of 76.2%. The role of agricultural instructors as motivators, catalysts, communicators, consultants and facilitators does not have a significant relationship, while the role of instructors as educators and organizers has a significant relationship in increasing tomato production. Overall, the role of extension workers does not have a real or significant relationship in increasing tomato production. This shows that the greater the role of extension workers, the greater the increase in tomato production, which is not necessarily true.

Agricultural extension workers have an important role in supporting agricultural development, with the main task of conveying information and providing technical guidance to farmers. Agricultural extension workers not only solve technical problems for farmers, but also function to support the social welfare of the community. This study aims to analyze the role of agricultural extension workers in controlling rat pests in rice farming in Tompong Patu Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. Through a four-month internship and certified independent study program (MSIB), this activity involves identifying regional potential, counseling on rice cultivation and pest control. The research method uses quantitative data analysis with simple linear regression techniques and validity analysis using a Likert scale. The results of the study showed that the role of extension workers in providing socialization and guidance materials was very effective, with a validity level reaching 95.41%. Farmers also showed positive changes in their behavior towards controlling rat pests, with the same level of validity. This extension program succeeded in increasing farmers' knowledge and skills, and had a positive impact on agricultural productivity.

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the drip irrigation system on tomato crops using qualitative data analysis methods. This research presents findings regarding efficient water use, increasing plant productivity, and disease control, related to the application of the drip irrigation system on tomato plants. The results of the research provide a positive picture regarding the effectiveness of this technology. This study aims to identify the elements of agritourism attractiveness to the level of visitor satisfaction. Quantitative research. Activities are carried out Monday to Saturday starting from 08.00-17.00 and carried out at PT Agromar. This activity was carried out for 3 months, starting from September to December 2024. Data obtained directly from the place of internship activities in the form of interviews, observations, documentation, and also by distributing questionnaires are analyzed in order to provide benefits and as one of the considerations in decision making. The results of the research and discussion show that the majority of respondents tend to agree (with an average score in the range of 3.6 to 3.7) on the factors that attract agritourism. This shows that the factors measured, such as the availability of agro-tourism destinations, strategic location, agricultural training services, interesting photo spots, and culinary cafes, play an important role in increasing visitor satisfaction. Each indicator has a consistent average score and shows that this attraction as a whole received a good assessment from the respondents. And based on the predetermined ideal score table, the average score (mean) for each indicator is in the Agree category (mean value between 50-64), which indicates that most respondents feel that the aspects assessed are factors that are quite influential in finding a visitor.
