Abstract

The Community Service Program (CSM) aims to facilitate information access for students with disabilities aspiring to pursue higher education. In collaboration with internal partners from PUTI and international partners from Lancaster University, the program is developing a sub-website within Telkom University's platform as a Data Integration Hub for disability-friendly universities across Indonesia. This sub-website will serve as a central access point for comprehensive information on universities that support the needs of students with disabilities nationwide. Additionally, it will act as a research hub for disability inclusion studies. By updating the main website https://telkomuniversity.ac.id and introducing a sub-domain, the initiative seeks to make it easier for students with disabilities and their parents/guardians to access information about disability-friendly universities in Indonesia, both public and private. Currently, the working version of the website is hosted on the domain https://ideahub-snowy.vercel.app, pending security approval from the internal PUTI (Information Technology Centre). Disability-friendly universities are institutions that accommodate students with various types of disabilities across their faculties and programs nationwide. Through this development, the program aims to provide more accessible and inclusive information for individuals with disabilities, while also raising awareness about the importance of disability inclusion in educational environments.

Abstract

Core values menjadi dasar pondasi yang penting bagi perusahaan untuk menjalankan strategi bisnisnya sertamenjadi dasar bagaimana budaya perusahaan dapat terbentuk. Paragon Corp memiliki 5 core values dan 7 BasicIdentity yang menjadi landasan serta identitas baik bagi Paragonian maupun Paragon Corp. Tujuan dari penelitianini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi internal Paragon Corp memaksimalkan penggunaanMaskot Paraco sebagai tools untuk komunikasi internal di Paragon Corp. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatifdengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dan pengumpulan data, wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasisebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana maskot Paraco dapatmenjadi suatu tools yang dapat memaksimalkan strategi komunikasi internal dalam mengkomunikasikan corevalues melalui tahapan-tahapan dalam perancangan strategi komunikasi. Adapun tahapan yang terbentuk adalahtahapan analisis situasi, perencanaan, implementasi, serta evaluasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkanbagaimana hasil dari implementasi core values ini terhadap Paragonian sehingga dapat membangun budaya yangsesuai dengan yang diharapkan Paragon Corp. Strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan Paragon Corp dalammensosialisasikan core values dinilai baik. Akan tetapi, terdapat hal yang perlu menjadi perbaikan yaitu diperlukanadanya penggunaan maskot Paraco yang lebih komprehensif serta diperlukan adanya evaluasi mengenai dampakdari core values terhadap behaviour Paragonian. Abstract

Digital media access is crucial for the disabled and elderly, but access gaps limit their participation. Dilans Indonesia seeks to empower and fight for their rights through social media. This research aims to analyze the strategies implemented through Dilans Indonesia's social media aimed at achieving changes in public behavior. The initiative of the establishment of Dilans Indonesia is to empower individuals with disabilities and the elderly to become empowered and independent communities while advocating the voices of the disabled and elderly community to the government. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach, which is analyzed through data processing using NVivo software. The research findings show that social media activities carried out by Dilans Indonesia in promoting a culture of inclusive living have created changes in individual perspectives and behaviors towards disability issues as well as increased visibility and involvement of the disabled and elderly community. The continuity in the delivery of the message campaign is in line with the social marketing strategy applied, with the aim of raising awareness, expanding understanding, and changing people's perspectives, attitudes and behaviors towards people with disabilities and the elderly.
