Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the planning used by UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban in education financing. This research employs a qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews and documentation. The research was conducted at UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban. The study focuses on the education financing planning at the school, covering the grouping, classification, and utilization of education funds sourced from the Central Government (BOS funds), the Local Government, and contributions from students' parents managed by the school committee. Financing is divided into direct costs (related to the education process), routine costs (using BOS funds), and indirect costs (funded by parental contributions). The RAPBS preparation strategy begins with identifying the funding sources, gathering needs proposals from the school community, drafting by the treasurer and BOS team, followed by meetings with the school committee for revisions and the final approval of the RAPBS. In conclusion, the education financing planning at this school is well-structured; however, it is recommended to enhance transparency and the participation of the school committee in every stage of the RAPBS preparation

Abstract

This study examines the organizational management practices at UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Lareh Sago Halaban, focusing on leadership, human resource management, curriculum development, financial management, infrastructure maintenance, and community engagement. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research relies on secondary data from books, journals, and official documents. The findings reveal the integration of classical, neo-classical, and modern management theories, enabling the school to maintain structured operations while fostering adaptability and collaboration. Leadership and decision-making are pivotal in directing staff and ensuring alignment with educational objectives. Effective resource management and community engagement further enhance the institution's ability to navigate challenges and optimize performance. This study contributes theoretically by highlighting the interplay of organizational theories in educational settings and offers practical insights for improving school management. Limitations include reliance on secondary data and a single-case focus, suggesting future research expand scope and incorporate primary data collection.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan keterlibatan siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model pembelajaran inovatif di kelas. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah pada penerapan model-model pembelajaran yang berbasis pada pendekatan interaktif dan aplikatif, seperti Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PBL), Kelas Terbalik (Flipped Classroom), dan Pembelajaran Kolaboratif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pustaka, dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai literatur terkait topik penerapan model pembelajaran inovatif dan dampaknya terhadap keterlibatan siswa. Analisis data keterlibatan siswa dilakukan dengan membandingkan indikator-indikator keterlibatan, seperti partisipasi dalam diskusi, interaksi sosial, motivasi belajar, dan keterlibatan dengan materi pembelajaran, sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model inovatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inovatif secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, yang tercermin dalam peningkatan partisipasi, motivasi, dan kualitas hasil belajar mereka. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model desain pembelajaran yang inovatif dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan mendorong pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan bermakna
