Abstract

This article aims to find out how the development and growth of macroeconomics in Indonesia.. Evaluation and analysis of economic performance of a country or region for a certain period of time known as a review of economic growth. This is done to understand how well the economic policy is applied and to find which part needs to be repaired or adjusted. The Macro Economy of Syariah is an economic branch that focuses on the principles of Islamic economics to achieve wholeness, prosperity, and prosperity as a whole. The contribution of the Macro Economic Sharia includes several important aspects: financial stability, financial inclusion, distribution of sustainable economic growth and growth. The Islamic economy has great potential to develop and provide an ethical and sustainable alternative in the global economy world. The economic development in an Islamic perspective involves various principles and concepts that aim to create sustainable and fair welfare. And several pillars of economic development in Islamic perspectives. Refuse of economic growth is various indicators used to measure the extent to which the economy of a country or region develops over time.

Abstract

The village gate maintenance program and the installation of waste education boards in Cendoro Village were carried out to strengthen village identity and enhance community awareness of environmental cleanliness. This program was implemented through a participatory approach involving village officials, youth organizations, the village-owned enterprise (BUMDES), residents, and local leaders. The methods applied included direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, followed by data analysis through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing with triangulation for data validity. The results revealed that gate maintenance not only improved aesthetic value but also reinforced a collective sense of pride. Meanwhile, the installation of educational boards in strategic locations proved effective as a medium for public learning about waste management. This program has had positive impacts on environmental, social, economic, and cultural aspects, representing Cendoro Village as a community with a strong identity in environmental awareness.

Abstract

: This article discusses the importance of gender inclusion in human resource management practices to create a fair, productive, and sustainable work environment. This study aims to identify effective strategies to overcome challenges in implementing gender inclusion, such as gender stereotypes, unconscious bias, and inflexible organizational structures. The study was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study approach in several companies in Indonesia that have implemented gender inclusion practices. The results of this study also show that gender inclusion improves innovation, productivity, and organizational performance through diverse perspectives in decision-making. This article provides policy recommendations, such as bias awareness training, inclusive recruitment policies, and job insecurity. Thus, this study not only supports social justice but also offers strategic advantages for organizations in facing the dynamics of a complex and diverse work world.
