Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis dampak kualitas layanan,harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di restoran XYZ di kota Palembang. Analisis regresi linier berganda ditetapkan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antar variable independen dan variable dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan, harga dan lokasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kombinasi dari ketiga elemen tersebut dalam menciptakan pengalaman pelanggan yang memuaskandan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Studi ini memberikan wawasan strategis bagi para pelaku bisnis untuk meningkatkan daya saing dengan cara mengoptimalkan kualitas layanan menetapkan harga yang kompetitif, dan memilih lokasi yang strategis.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM), a management approach focused on continuous quality improvement involving all organizational components, on employee performance at Shop and Drive, an automotive service provider. In a highly competitive business environment, enhancing human resource quality is essential to maintain excellent service delivery. The research employs multiple linear regression analysis using data collected from Shop and Drive employees. The findings reveal that while the influence of TQM on performance is not entirely statistically significant, its consistent implementation contributes positively to work efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the company’s competitiveness. These insights offer valuable input for management in formulating sustainable service quality improvement strategies.

Abstract

Mutiara Islami Kindergarten is an early childhood school on Jalan Kadir TKR Palembang. Based on the results of observations, the teaching and learning process in kindergarten schools is quite different from that in elementary schools, and the school hours are relatively short, from 08.00 to 10.00 WIB, with the average age of students being 4 to 6 years. Kindergarten teachers must be required to be more creative in mediating learning materials so that they are effective and appropriate. Teachers must use learning media that include audio, visual, and audiovisual aspects, as these three aspects are not achieved when limited to books. One way to maximize Information and Communication Technology (ICT) use is through the Canva application. This application is expected to make the work of kindergarten teachers easier, increase children's interest and enjoyment, and increase confidence in learning.
