Abstract

The phenomenon of flooding often strikes a watershed area that is unable to accommodate the rainwater that falls because the amount of rainwater exceeds the capacity of the watershed itself. based on the geographic information system, it can be determined which areas require priority watershed management. The method used in this study is to map the level of flood vulnerability with a scoring and weighting technique. The results show that the areas classified as very flood-prone are mostly in the downstream area of the watershed which is located in the lowlands with most of the land use being open and built up, namely around the Bumi Kartika Dramaga housing complex, Ciherang, Bogor City.

Abstract

The implementation of development in the past only emphasized the goals of economic progress which had an impact on environmental damage and social problems. Sustainable Development Approach is essentially a development activity that integrates economic, social, and environmental aspects. The purpose of this study is to find out whether Sustainable Development has an Effect on Economic Gaps in Indonesia. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. The results of this research explain that, although Sustainable Development in Indonesia produces fairly stable economic growth every year, but it has not been able to solve the problem of economic disparity between regions. Therefore, the government has a policy to relocate the capital city, with the aim that the concept of sustainable development in Indonesia can run well so that the problem of economic gaps can be solved.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a disaster for humanity, resulting in the deaths of thousands of people throughout the world, including in Indonesia, where it has had a huge impact on all levels of society, including orphans. The impacts can be direct, resulting in death, or secondary impacts that affect the community's economy. Community activities become limited, the wheels of the economy stagnate, which can reduce people's purchasing power and quality of life. The aim of implementing this KKN is to describe information on the importance of a healthy lifestyle for orphans in Sukaharja Village Rt. 04 RW.02, Ciomas District, Bogor Regency, so that later these orphaned children will be accustomed to clean and healthy living behavior both during the pandemic and during normal situations. The method used in this activity is the action research method (Action Research) with a participatory action program approach (Participatory Action Program) involving the target community group, namely 23 orphans. The educational material provided to orphans includes an introduction to COVID-19 and its symptoms, how to wash hands properly and correctly, how to use a mask correctly, how to physically distance, and how to adopt a clean and healthy lifestyle. Mentoring and educational activities are carried out by providing counseling on improving clean and healthy lifestyles in facing the pandemic using lecture methods, questions and answers with prizes, demonstrations and providing compensation. The results of the activities show that orphan children in Sukaharja village, RT. 04 RW. 02 can understand and be able to practice all the material presented.

Abstract

Pertanggung jawaban pidana terhadap hasto krisiyanto dan harun masikum memberikan suap kepa wahyu setiawan komisioner komisi pemilihan umum RI mengenai pergantian antar waktu atau PAW anggota DPR RI.terhadap kesalahan atau pertanggung jawaban pidana penerima suap oleh wahyu setiawan telah dilakukan proses dari awal kepolisian, dilimpahkan ke penuntut umum karena patut diduga melakukan tindak pidans suap, oleh jaksa penuntuk umum dibuat kan surat dakwaan terdakwa dalam hal ini wahyu setiawan, akhirnya dilimpahkan ke pengadilan untuk diperiksan dan diputus ,karena sudah memenuhi unsur kesalahan atau pertanggungan jawab pidana, pada akhirnya dijatuhi hukuman, dan sudah dijalani hukuman tersebut kemudian wahyu setiawan sudah menghirup udara bebas. Terhadap hasto kristanto tidak bisa dipungkiri lagi yang menerima suap sudah bertanggung jawab secara pidana, kemudian hasto kristiyanto, sesuai peristiwa hukum, dalam melakukan penyelidikan (pasal1 angka 2 KUHAP), peristiwa hukum pidananya ada, dan dilanjutkan pada proses penyidikan diatur dalam pasal 1 angka 5 KUHAP menetapkan tersangka hasto kristiyanto, dengan dimulainya proses penyidikan oleh KPK,dengan nomo surat. Spiri.Dik/153/Dik.00/01/12/2024, tertanggal 23 Desember 2024, besoknya pada tanggal 24 Desember 2024 KPK menyatakan hasto kristiyanto sebagai TERSANGA.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of the land registration program within the framework of agrarian reform in Kalongliud Village, Nanggung Subdistrict, Bogor Regency. Land registration, as a crucial component of agrarian reform, is evaluated in terms of its effects on legal certainty, economic welfare, and social justice related to land tenure and utilization. The land registration program provides legal guarantees through land certificates, which serve as valid proof of ownership, thereby reducing the potential for land disputes and enhancing the sense of security among community members. Additionally, land registration increases the economic value of land, facilitates access to business capital, and improves the economic well-being of the community—aligning with the objectives of agrarian reform. However, residents who have not participated in the land registration program express concerns due to the lack of legal certainty. Consequently, land registration plays a pivotal role in achieving the goals of agrarian reform in Kalongliud Village.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) is currently a big concept. There is an increase in the number of unemployed and a decrease. The aim of this research is to analyze the achievements of implementing decent work and economic growth in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) in Bogor Regency. The population in this research is SKPD Bogor Regency, and the sample used a Purposive Sampling technique and the analysis method used was the descriptive method and the projection method, especially exponential. The results obtained after the data analysis process were that there were several indicators that were projected to not reach their targets in 2022 and 2023, namely the GDP growth rate per capita. (ADHK), the proportion of informal employment in the non-agricultural sector, based on gender, and the open unemployment rate based on age group, these targets will be achieved on average in 2024, including the GDP growth rate per capita. (ADHK) and the open unemployment rate based on type of age group will be achieved in 2026 or the next 5 years, these 2 indicators are the main role that can be assessed over a longer period of time in achieving them.

Abstract

Sustainable Development or often known as Sustainable Development Goals is an agreement by world leaders regarding a global action plan, and Indonesia is included in this global action plan agreement. SDGs are a development agenda that is expected to be able to face existing challenges. This was created to end poverty, reduce inequality, and protect the environment. The action plan in the SDGs contains 17 Goals and 169 Targets which are expected to be achieved by 2030. Bogor Regency in the development of Industry, Infrastructure, and Innovation, where in large industries in Bogor Regency itself in the 2017-2019 Bogor Regency BPS data for medium and large industries for the year in 2017 there were 1916 industries, then in 2017 there were 1917 industries and in 2019 there were 1930 industries. This growth in industrial development shows how industrial development in Bogor Regency can proceed as we enter the era of digitalization and increasing the number of industries will also affect Bogor Regency's GDP. The targets for 2022 and 2023 are for the proportion of added value in the manufacturing industry sector and the growth rate of manufacturing GDP, however, the proportion of added value for the manufacturing industry in Bogor Regency is projected to have a constant achievement during 2023-2026 with a figure of 43.16%. The GDP growth rate for the manufacturing industry in Bogor Regency is projected to have a constant achievement during 2023-2026 with a figure of 4%.
