Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy on the learning outcomes of students at the Madrasah Aliyah level through literature study. In this study, the authors collected and reviewed various related literature, including journal articles, books, and previous research reports that discussed self-efficacy and its impact on learning. The results of the analysis show that self-efficacy is a person's ability to regulate and carry out the behaviors necessary to achieve certain goals. This happens because they believe that the actions taken will yield the desired results even if in the face of difficulties they have little incentive to act or persevere. These findings indicate the need to increase self-efficacy through training and professional development to improve the learning outcomes of students at the Madrasah Aliyah level. This research is expected to provide insight for policymakers in an effort to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This literature study examines the influence of teacher competence on student learning outcomes at various levels of Senior High Schools (SMA) in Indonesia. To improve student learning outcomes, teachers must be able to develop their competence in every learning process. The teacher competence in question includes pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competence. This study applies the literature review method through analysis of various relevant scientific sources. The results of the study revealed that teacher competence influences the improvement of student learning outcomes, although in some cases there are other variables such as student learning motivation and learning facilities that also contribute. Therefore, improving teacher competence needs to be a concern in efforts to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

. Pandansari Village, Kediri Regency has a lot of unproductive land that has not been optimally utilized to support community food security. This community service program aims to optimize this land into a green corner as a means of empowering and strengthening local food security through an Asset-Based Community-Driven Development (ABCD) approach. The ABCD method is implemented through five stages, namely: discovery (identifying potential), dream (formulating a shared vision), design (designing strategies), define (setting priorities), and destiny (implementation and evaluation) involving field observations, interviews, focus group discussions, and planting implementation. The program results show the transformation of unproductive land into a productive green corner with the cultivation of various vegetables (chili, eggplant, tomato, corn, basil, kale) and medicinal plants (ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, galangal, laos, rosella, purple leaves, kaffir lime) as well as ornamental flowers and supporting structures. This program successfully involved PKK mothers as the main managers with the full support of village officials so that the green corner not only functions as an alternative food source and educational facility, but also increases household economic independence and the welfare of the Pandansari Village community in a sustainable manner.
