Abstract

Globalization can influence changes in the lives of generations and change civilization from the real world to the virtual world. Technology movement has become a primary need at every age, from early childhood to the elderly. Needs increase materially, and conditions of need become higher with a standard income of UMR or below UMR. This research aims to increase career women's understanding of the functions and benefits of digital transformation. Research methodology with a qualitative approach to case study design. Research location in Cirebon. The research subjects consisted of 3 clients with indicators that love scam victims experienced levels of psychological loss, namely trauma and financial loss—client identity Career women aged 30 years, 32 years, and 34 years. Secondary subjects include 1 legal expert, 1 entrepreneur or economist, and 1 counselor. Data collection techniques using longitudinal observations and interviews. Data analysis technique with source triangulation. The research results found that counseling activities for love scam clients/victims resulted in psychological trauma and financial losses. Clients feel aware after 21 days of emotional approaches built through social media accounts or WhatsApp. The characteristics of a love scam are that the target is a career woman with a steady income, and the perpetrator builds a romantic relationship with the plan of marrying the client and taking property and temporary love by showing a fake identity. Clients feel hypnotized by false promises and romantic words of love with the perpetrator

Abstract

Kajian penelitian ini terdapat pada beberapa kasus bullying di sekolah. Perilaku perundungan sering diabaikan dan tidak banyak ditindaklanjuti dalam pembenahan perilaku siswa dilingkungan sekolah. Perilaku Bullying yang dilakukan siswa dapat memberikan dampak yang buruk bagi sistem pendidikan sekolah yang seharusnya melahirkan generasi anak bangsa yang berkarakter, bermoral dan memiliki nilai-nilai kebaikan sehingga dapat memberi manfaat kepada orang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memahami perilaku siswa di kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk kalangan siswa SMK kelas X. dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 800 siswa dari berbagai macam jurusan dan menggunakan Teknik quota sampling yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti dengan jumlah 113 sampel penelitian. Menggunakan angket dengan skala likert bagian dari teknik pengumpulan data untuk mendapatkan data tentang perilaku bullying siswa. Hasil dari perhitungan kategorisasi menggunakan SPSS 25 yaitu 113 yang “rendah” atau < 196 memiliki pengertian yaitu tidak adanya perilaku bullying. Sedangkan perhitungan sederhana peraspek perilaku bullying didapatkan hasil verbal bullying 40%, psychal bullying 24%, gesture bullying 14% dan cyber bullying 22% maka dalam hal ini aspek verbal bullying memiliki tingkat lebih tinggi dari aspek lainnya.

Abstract

Facing the demand for a workforce that is trained and ready to work is a tough challenge for education in Indonesia. Vocational schools are needed that can be used as examples so that the education system that has been built currently can play its maximum role power expert professional to create school graduates who have career maturity. The aim is to motivate graduates so that they are confident in their abilities and ready to have a career in the world of work armed with the skills they acquired during their vocational education. Methodology study This with approach descriptive qualitative, pheno menological design or symptoms in detail as well as a response to the research subject. Technique Data collection includes observation , interview , documentation . The results of this research explain that career development stages are a way to position where individuals are in professional life . Career development stages are important for individuals to find the purpose of their life in the future. The stages of career development are as follows: First, initial career, the first stage where an individual enters an institution. The individual tries to get an idea of the skills and interests he has. Second, mid-career, the stage where individuals will experience a transition of change in their career, due to the acquisition of information and career guidance training that has been obtained. The third final career, the stage at which an individual can be productive with a career commitment that has become his goal, also has long-term planning. Then there are two strategies for implementing career development programs for students, namely a comprehensive strategy and an approach strategy for students. Abstract

The golden age is a golden period for children to develop optimally. The problem that occurs in early childhood is the wrong way of teaching, such as applying conventional learning methods without teaching aids and without media, children become bored and fed up. mentally. The purpose of this research is to improve the Al-Qur'an learning model for early childhood with the help of media. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. This research was conducted at the Al – Biruni Cirebon foundation. The main respondents in this study were 3 students aged 5-6 years and 2 accompanying teachers and the secondary subjects were the students' parents. The data collection instrument used was interviews. The results of the research provide an illustration that young children can understand the concept of learning through audio-visual media with pleasure and joy. Teachers and parents collaborate to help the Islamic learning process. Habits at school can be implemented at home so that children do not forget easily and there is a method of parents or teachers continuously accompanying children at school. Learning the Al-Qur'an can help increase student interest and make it easier for students to memorize verses of the Al-Qur'an. Maintain and memorize generously

Abstract

This research discusses the negative behavior of students in consuming alcoholic drinks. The reason for consuming alcoholic drinks is to maintain solidarity with middle- aged friends and to forget the various problems they are facing. The subjects of this research consisted of 1 primary subject and 3 secondary subjects, the main informant is a class IX C student and supporting informants consist of 2 guidance and counseling teachers and a friend of the main informant who knows the behavior of consuming alcoholic drinks. This research is qualitative phenomenological research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used was source triangulation. The results of this study show changes in negative behavior in underage students who consume alcoholic drinks starting when the children are under 15 years of age, they consume alcoholic drinks in quiet places. Contributing factors include low self-esteem and the influence of social interactions with friends, family disharmony, low economy and low formal and non-formal education. The effects of this behavior range from having a dizzy head and a faster heartbeat, which can affect poor learning achievement at school. Guidance and Guidance Teachers can provide individual counseling services using Behavioristic techniques

Abstract

Mistakes in understanding perception result in gaps in thought patterns and behavior. The aim of this research is to determine the condition of behavior of victims of verbal bullying , to find out the stages of efforts of REBT-based individual counseling services in dealing with students due to verbal violence. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. Qualitative research is based on primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through participatory observation , in-depth interviews with three students who were victims of bullying and one guidance and counseling teacher, documentation in the form of counseling protocols and counseling record cards. This research shows that counseling (REBT) is effective in dealing with students who are victims of verbal bullying. Guidance teachers explore component A (events), component B (beliefs and thoughts), and components C/D/E (feelings, behavior and results). After students internalize REBT, there is a change in attitude and positive perception of the negative impacts they experience. This research found several changes in thought patterns, increased morality, solidarity and increased awareness of the strength of personal mentality due to verbal violence. Aspects of students' mental development become better after individual counseling.

Abstract

Dewasa ini pekerjaan merupakan bagian terpenting dari kehidupan remaja. Untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir yang baik remaja harus mencapai tugas perkembangan. Sepenuhnya remaja belum mampu memilih jenjang karir sesuai dengan bakat, minat secara mandiri. Salah satu Indikator kematangan karir siswa mampu merencanakan karir, menentukan pilihan pekerjaan serta dapat mengatasi hambatan dalam bekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini membentuk kematangan karir secara modelling agar dapat menentukan pilihan karir secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik modelling dapat dilakukan melalui observasi kepada individu sebagai model live and symbolic. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI berjumlah lima siswa di SMK Farmasi YPBB Cirebon. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan kemandirian siswa dalam memilih pekerjaan diketahui melalui hasil percobaan wawancara kerja dengan beberapa pihak perusahaan melalui HRD didukung dengan peningkatan pengetahuan melalui tayangan video karir hal ini dibuktikan dapat meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa serta keyakinan dalam memutuskan pekerjaan yang dipilih dengan konsekuensi ketidak cocokan yang akan terjadi dikemudian hari. Dengan demikian siswa setelah diberi layanan karir lebih memandirikan dalam setiap mengambil keputusan karir.
