Abstract

This research aims to determine service quality, price and Experiential Marketing on Repurchase Intention at Starbucks Coffee Indonesia in Green Pramuka Square, East Jakarta. The research method used in this research is quantitative, with the research strategy used by researchers being an associative/causality strategy. The population in this research is all visitors to Starbucks Coffee at Green Pramuka Square, East Jakarta from January to March 2024. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 200 customers of Starbucks Coffee Store Green Pramuka Square. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The data processing method in this research uses the SPSS program. The research results conclude: 1.) service quality influences Repurchase Intention. 2.) Price influences Repurchase Intention. 3.) Experiential Marketing: Sense influences Repurchase Intention. 4) Experiental Marketing: Feeling influences Repurchase Intention 5) Experiental Marketing: Think influences Repurchase Intention 6) Experiental Marketing: Act influences Repurchase Intention 7) Experiental Marketing: Relate influences Repurchase Intention 8.) Service Quality, Price and Experiental Marketing simultaneously influences Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan inflasi terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ-45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2018 hingga 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang masuk dalam indeks LQ-45 selama periode penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan kriteria pemilihan sampel. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dan Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Net Profit Margin (NPM) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, yang berarti kinerja profitabilitas perusahaan secara internal tidak selalu mencerminkan pergerakan harga saham di pasar. Sebaliknya, inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kondisi makroekonomi, khususnya tingkat inflasi, memiliki peranan penting dalam memengaruhi persepsi investor dan nilai pasar saham perusahaan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor eksternal seperti inflasi dapat menjadi indikator penting dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi di pasar modal

Abstract

This research aims to determine the internal and external factors of burnout using self-efficacy and locus of control as internal factors, and work environment and leadership effectiveness as external factors. The influence of these internal and external burnout factors on employee job satisfaction is examined. The study was conducted on employees of CV. Dermaga Mulia Abadi. This is a quantitative study using a survey method. The population of this study is all employees, amounting to 98 employees, and the sampling method used is the saturated sample method, where the sample size is equal to the population size. Data processing used SEM-PLS with smartPLS software. The results of this study conclude that self-efficacy has an influence on job satisfaction by 24.7%. This means that with high self-efficacy, employees are likely to experience high job satisfaction. Locus of control does not affect job satisfaction. The work environment has an influence of 23.9% on job satisfaction. This implies that a comfortable work environment increases employee job satisfaction. Leadership effectiveness has an influence on job satisfaction by 31.5%. This means that effective leadership, involving program planning, organizing, guiding, and assigning tasks well to employees, can significantly increase employee job satisfaction. Leadership effectiveness has the most significant impact on employee job satisfaction
