Abstract

Pesantren is a non-formal educational institution that carries the educational mandate of the Qur'an and Hadith. In the process of organizing in Islamic boarding schools, it is required to be able to answer the needs of the times. Thus making the pesantren change its identity into a modern and salaf pesantren. Salaf Islamic boarding schools are characterized by the existence of diniyah education, and modern education is characterized by formal education ranging from basic education to tertiary education (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/MI, Madrasah Tsanawiyah/MTs, Madrasah Aliyah/MA, S1, S2 and S3). Pesantren uses an integrated curriculum of three entities, firstly hadharah an nash, second hadharah falsafi, and third hadharah al 'ilm. The development of branches and structures of hadith scholarship is currently oriented to philosophy and ethics, ranging from social sciences, natural sciences to the humanities, or in the Islamic scientific scheme includes the revealed knowledge, namely the religious sciences, and the sciences. learned rationally, this concept is known as hadhari education. By using descriptive qualitative research methods through a phenomenological approach to review the concept and system of hadhari education implemented at the Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School in general. It is hoped that the results of this study will increase public knowledge about the concept and system of hadhari education by developing fields of scientific study.

Abstract

Through education, science is expected to be able to provide good and significant changes to human life. In realizing this, Muslim scholars are trying to develop established scientific theories in various fields based on the Islamic worldview. However, in the era of modernization and post-modernization, the Islamic scientific tradition is slowly losing the fundamental aspects of science, worldview and empistemology. In practice, epistemology is separate from theology, this separation is the impact of the secularization of science. Syed Naquib al-Attas is one of the contemporary Muslim scholars who initiated the Islamization of science as a response to the secularization of science, where he returned science to the Islamic scientific tradition. By using library research methods, furthermore, it is hoped that this research can elaborate on the concept of Islamization of science as an era of enlightenment (Aufklarung) developed by al-Attas became the basis of Islamic knowledge. This research finds that decolonialization of secular science is an important step in elaborating al-Attas towards the Islamization of contemporary science.

Abstract

Sebagai suatu organisasi baik formal ataupun tidak formal, efektifitas maupun efisiensi merupakan unsur penting untuk menjadikan organisasi itu sukses. Sehingga semua aspek yamg berkecimpung didalamnya dituntut untuk memahami dan mendalami betul fungsi-fungsi manajemen. Manajemen dalam suatu organisasi bukanlah suatu tujuan utama namun dengan menerapkan menajemen organisasi itu akan menjapai tujuan utamanya. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membahas secara terfokus pada manajemen organisasi BEM, dipenelitian ini juga membahas bagaimana penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam organisasi BEM. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah jenis penelitian yang suatu prosedur pengambilan datanya dapat menghasilkan data deskiptif yang berupa kata – kata (narasi) yang sesuai dengan kejadian dan fenomena sehingga tidak menuntut untuk membuktikan sesuatu atau membenarkan suatu teori. Study kasus jenis penelitian yang digunakan, dengan metode pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara,dan dokumentasi. Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dalam organisasi BEM IAI darullughoh wadda’wah putri. Sehingga dapat mengetahui cara memenej organisasi yan baik dan benar yang sesuai penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen.

Abstract

The school principal must have a strategy for the progress of his institution by developing the quality of teacher resources in the hope that each teacher will have good academic competence. All of the quality weaknesses of these educational components lead to the low academic quality of teachers. This study aims to find out how the principal's leadership in developing the quality of teacher resources is implemented in the Anggrek Landungsari Playgroup (KB) with a focus on the strategy, role and program of the Principal in Developing the Quality of Teacher Resources. This study uses a qualitative approach using a case study design. The results of the study found that the principal's strategy in developing the quality of teacher resources included upholding discipline, creating a conducive work climate, conducting supervision, and providing motivation. Programs carried out by school principals in developing the quality of teacher resources include forming training programs, assignments, further studies.
