Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how corporate image and service quality affect customer loyalty in pt Wahana logistics. The method the writer USES for research is a quantitative method intended to collect data. The data- collection technique used is primary data which USES a technical questionnaire through Google form. The distribution of the questionnaires as many as 99 samples, the results of this study show that a company's image and service quality are affected by customer loyalty. This research shows that the respondent response index 1. The company brand of PT Wahana Cabang Sumur Batu has predicted value or interpretation score of 4.01 with "good" characteristics 2. The quality of the service to the PT Wahana has a 4.05 value value with a "good" interpretation. 3. Customer loyalty in PT Wahana has a 3.88 score score score score on a "good" category. Beyond the assessments of the respondents' predictions, the results of the validity of the company's image variables, the quality of service and loyalty of customers are greater than the rtables which state that the respondents agree with the statement on the questionnaire.

Abstract

This study aims to determine online promotions and prices effects on purchasing decisions on Urban Cactus and Succulent in East Jakarta. The population used in this study is infinite, namely all consumers of urban cactus and succulent products in East Jakarta. The sampling technique used is nonprobability with a sample of 185 samples. Analysis of the data used is a multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistics software version 25. Through quantitative research methods, data collection techniques in questionnaires form, and literature review, this study shows that online promotions influence purchasing decisions by 66.0%. Price also influences purchasing decisions by 68.7%. Thus, online promotions and price affect purchasing decisions at Urban Cactus and Succulent in East Jakarta significantly. They affect the purchasing decision variables simultaneously with a value of 0.747 or 74.7% of which 25.3% is influenced by other factors not examined inthis study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect ofmarketing strategy and product innovation on the sales volume of Wifi.id products at PT. Telkom Indonesia Central Jakarta Area. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires and literature. The population of this study are users of Wifi.Id products at PT.Telkom Indonesia, Central Jakarta Region. The sampling technique in this research is probability sampling with simple random sampling method. The sample is 75 samples. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of IBM Statistics software version 24. The results showed that the influence of the marketing strategy variable had an effect on sales volume of 65.4%. While the product innovation variable has an effect of 84.8% on sales volume. The variables of marketing strategy and product innovation have a significant effect on sales volume at Telkom Indonesia in the Central Jakarta Region. The variables of marketing strategy and product innovation affect the sales volume variable simultaneously with a value of 0.860 or 86% of which 14% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the price and promotion of puechase decision at the Taco Bell restaurant in Artha Gading, North Jakarta. The population used in this research were consumers from Taco Bell with a total of 100 respondents. The method used in this research  is multiple linear regression analysis. The research data was processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 20 software. The independent variables in this study were Price (X1) Promotion (X2). The dependent variable in this study is Purchase Decision (Y). The results of multiple linear regression analysis are, Y = 3.702 + 0.663 (X1) + 0.520 (X2) + e. The independent variables that have the most influence on the dependent variable are Price (0.663), Promotion (0.520). The results of the t test show that Price and Promotion have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. The coefficient of determination obtained from the independent variables in this study is 83.1%. Meanwhile the remaining 17.9% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

This study airned to determine the effect of service qualities and locationson customer satisfactions of Foodpedia Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta. This study used a quantitativeresearch by distributing questionnaires to 110 accidential sampling of respondents. The results showed that bassed on hypothesis testing using the T-test, service qualities andlocations has a positive and significant results on customer satisfactions. Meanwhile, using the F-test, all the independent variables in this study has a significant effect on customer satisfactions. The effect of service qualities (X1) and locations (X2) on customer other variables which not examined in this study.
