Abstract

Compensation, a good working environment and motivation are basically the rights of employees and it is the role of the company to support the participation of its employees in achieving the goals that have been set so as to improve employee performance. The purpose of the study to determine the effect of compensation and work environment has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Dwikarya Mandiri Ekspressindo. This research is Quantitative that is a method of producing knowledge that uses data in the form of valid numbers such as tools to analyze the description of what you want to know. According to Sugiyono (2017: 81) the sample is part of the population that is the basis of information in research, where the population is part of the number of characters owned by the population. Therefore, because the population as much as 45 people then for sampling techniques using saturated sempel method. That way, it can be concluded that there are positive and important consequences for elastic areas of activity to elastic employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and Nprice of Wardah Cosmetics purchase decision in Official Store In the ecommerce shop. This research uses purposive sampling, the type of research used in this study is a quantitative method using SPSS software.Technique sampling used is the number of infinite population and sample of 130 respondents. The population of this study are consumers everb bought Wardah Cosmetics at the official Wardah store on Shopee ecommerce. Data collection techniques performed with spread the questionnaire respondents by using linear regression double. The resultsshowed that product quality significant effect on purchasing decisions with the level significance of 0.000 < 0.025 and the value of t count > t table 5.307 > 1.979). Price significant effect of 0.000 < 0.025 and the value of T xiii calculate > t table (5,657 > 1,979). Product quality and price simultaneously affect Purchase decisions with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 as well as the value of F count > F table (210383 > 3.07).

Abstract

This study airned to determine the effect of service qualities and locationson customer satisfactions of Foodpedia Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta. This study used a quantitativeresearch by distributing questionnaires to 110 accidential sampling of respondents. The results showed that bassed on hypothesis testing using the T-test, service qualities andlocations has a positive and significant results on customer satisfactions. Meanwhile, using the F-test, all the independent variables in this study has a significant effect on customer satisfactions. The effect of service qualities (X1) and locations (X2) on customer other variables which not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstract.This research was motivated by the increasing public interest in coffee drinking culture, with Kopi Kenanganas one of the popular brands. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of ProductQuality and Price on Consumer Purchasing Decisions at Kopi Kenangan, Yarsi Hospital Branch, CentralJakarta. The sample in this research amounted to 170 respondents with a purposive sampling technique.The research was conducted using SPSS Software version 24. Data testing techniques included validitytests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiplelinear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The results showed that ProductQuality (X1) had a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y) with a coefficient ofdetermination (R Square) of 51.6%. Price (X2) also had a positive and significant influence with an RSquare value of 51.1%. Simultaneously, Product Quality and Price had a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, with an R-square value of 0.593. This meant that 59.3% of purchasing decisions were influenced by these two variables, while 40.7% were influenced by other factors.Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Purchasing Decisions, Kopi Kenangan
