Abstract

The Impact of Attitude, Motivation and Family Environment on Interest in Entrepreneurship of Business Administration Students at the Pangkalan Asem Campus STIAMI Institute Batches of 2017 - 2020 The research aims to examine the impact of attitudes, motivations and family environment on entrepreneurial interest of Business Administration Students at the Pangkalan Asem campus of the STIAMI Institute batches of 2017 - 2020. The type of this research was associative causal research using a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method distributed to respondents and processed using SPSS v26. The data used in this research are Primary data and Secondary data. The population in this research was Business Administration Students at the Pangkalan Asem Institute of STIAMI batches 2017 – 2020. The sample is taken with random sampling method. The sample used was 265 respondents determined by the slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that (1) Attitude has a positive and significant effect on interest in Entrepreneurship 26,5% (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on interest in Entrepreneursip 51% (3) Family Environment has a positive and significant on interest in Entrepreneurship 10% (4) Attitude, Motivation and Family Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effects on interest in Entrepreneurship 61% and 39% has been influenced by other factors which were not examined by the researcher.

Abstract

This purpose of research to know and analyze marketing mix provide distributor PT. X about increase level in sales, to know and analyze of the risk constraints PT. X, and analyze of the solution PT. X for improve sales. This research use by kualitatif methode with the type of deskriptif research with by data collection technique as Interview and observation. The results showed that the application of the marketing mix applied by PT. X is quite effective, by holding promotions, products sold have increased annually by 137.36%. in terms of product and distribution the customer is quite satisfied, in terms of price and promotion there are differences so that using Triangulation where the application of prices and promotions applied by the company has differences according to the company's cooperation and the number of purchases, in the last 2 few years was sales's increased of 103,89%, the constraints in sales's gain is restriced of company's environment limited in marketing of product because of pandemic Covid-19 and company have to follow goverment's regulation, stock limited

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze E-commerce Services at Erni Labay Stores. This study uses qualitative data types. Data collection techniques using Interview, Documentation, and Observation. Data analysis uses primary and secondary data. At first the Erni Labay shop only sold offline, seeing technological developments finally the shop owner chose to sell online on the shopee platform. From the results of the research, the E-commerce services implemented at the Erni Labay Shopee Shop have been well and optimally systemized, starting from the order process, payment, delivery, information services or customer service. E-commerce services that make it easy for buyers to make purchase transactions, because the process is easy, fast and secure transactions are expected to be able to increase sales at the store. It's just that there are obstacles or problems that occur, product diversity, product innovation and lack of promotion,so that it can hinder the rate of increasing sales.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the Influence of Working Environment and Interpersonal Communication toward Employee Job Satisfaction in PT.Cahaya Didik partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research with quantitative descriptive approach. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis used the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24 program. The study population was employees of the PT.Cahaya Didik, amounting to 30 people, using the Census obtained 20 samples. The results of the study: (1) There is a positive and significant Influence of Working Environment toward Employee Job Satisfaction in the PT.Cahaya Didik, with magnitude of influence 46%. (2) There is a positive and significant Influence of Interpersonal Communication toward Employee Job Satisfaction in PT.Cahaya Didik, with magnitude of influence 67.5%. (3) There is a positive and significant Influence of Working Environment and Interpersonal Communication simultaneously toward Employee Job Satisfaction in PT.Cahaya Didik, the magnitude of influence of the remaining 77% by 23% is influenced by other factors not examined.
