<![CDATA[This study discusses the efforts of administrators in improving the spiritual intelligence of students through the tradition of reading the Yasin letter before dawn at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, the formulation of the problem in this thesis is, (1) the efforts of administrators in improving the spiritual intelligence of students through the tradition of reading the Yasin letter before dawn at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors of administrators' efforts in improving the spiritual intelligence of students through the tradition of reading the Yasin letter before dawn at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School. This study is a field research, using a qualitative approach in order to understand the events that occur in the subject. Then this study uses a descriptive method with a function as a real depiction in the field. While the data collection technique is by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. The field results show that the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School chooses to read the Yasin letter because it has many benefits, the letter is not too long and is carried out before the dawn prayer so that it does not interfere with other activities. In addition, the time available is also not much, the little time is filled with surahs that have virtues, which are no less extraordinary than surah al-Kahfi which is able to improve the quality of life of students in Islamic boarding schools, given peace of mind, kept away from bad morals and Allah makes it easy for all problems in the Islamic boarding school of Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School.]]>
