Abstract

The trend of ultra-processed food (UPF) consumption among urban adolescents has increased along with the modern, fast-paced lifestyle. This consumption pattern has the potential to increase the risk of obesity, especially in school-age groups. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of ultra-processed food consumption and the risk of obesity in adolescents based on Body Mass Index (BMI). The study was conducted with a quantitative approach and cross-sectional design on 200 high school students in the DKI Jakarta area. Data were collected through a Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) and anthropometric measurements (weight and height). The analysis technique used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, Pearson correlation test, and simple linear regression with a significance level of p < 0.05. The results showed that the majority of respondents consumed ultra-processed foods in the moderate to high category. The highest average BMI was recorded in the high UPF consumption group (24.3), while the low consumption group had an average BMI of 21.4. The Pearson correlation test yielded an r value of 0.479 (p = 0.000), and linear regression showed a 23% contribution of UPF consumption to BMI variation (R² = 0.230). This study concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between ultra-processed food consumption and obesity risk in urban adolescents. These results provide an important basis for strengthening nutrition education programs, limiting unhealthy food advertising, and implementing healthy canteen policies in school environments.

Abstract

The knowledge of health workers about the implementation of Islamic health in hospitals is the most dominant factor in improving the quality of health services. The implementation of Islam can be carried out if the knowledge of health workers increases. Objective to find out the overview of the knowledge of health workers in the implementation of Islamic health based on Islamic hospital accreditation standards. This type of research is a quantitative research with an analytical descriptive research design with a cross sectional approach, with a sample number of 82, sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection uses questionnaires. Based on gender, the most women are 53 people (64.6%), the most education is at the intermediate expert level as many as 35 people (42.7%). Respondents had knowledge with a good category as many as 43 people (52.4%), attitude with a good category as many as 58 people (70.7%), leadership with a good category as many as 70 people (85.4%), workload with a good category as many as 78 people (95.1%), facilities with a good category as many as 79 people (96.3%), and implementing Sharia Quality Standards with a good category as many as 59 people (72.0%). This study shows that the Implementation of Islamic Health in accordance with the accreditation standards in Islamic Hospitals shows that it is categorized as Good.

Abstract

Nilai uji hipotesis menunjukkan p = 0.000. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna sebelum dan sesudah pemberian senam kaki untuk memperlancar sirkulasi perifer.

Abstract

Patient safety is a fundamental aspect of nursing practice that must be instilled from the time of education. However, many nursing students do not have adequate competence in applying the principles of patient safety during clinical practice. A Simulation Training-based Clinical Base Learning Model (CBL-ST) was developed to answer these challenges. This study uses a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design. The first stage was carried out qualitative exploration through in-depth interviews with 10 clinical supervisors to prepare the CBL-ST intervention module. The second stage used a quasi experiment design. Sample with purposive sampling with the criteria of a student with a minimum of semester 5, have participated in clinical practice and are willing to be respondents as  80 nursing students, divided into intervention and control groups. Patient safety competency was measured using the Patient Safety Attitude (PSA) instrument, analyzed by the t-test. Results showed a significant improvement in scores in the intervention group (pretest 68.5; posttest 85.3; p < 0.05) compared to the control group (pretest 67.9; posttest 70.1; p > 0.05). The five key themes of the qualitative outcomes include: patient-centered service, patient safety goals, teamwork, effective communication, and safety culture. The CBL-ST model is proven to not only improve cognitive and technical aspects, but also shape professional values and student safety culture. The CBL-ST model is effective in significantly improving the safety competence of nursing student patients. The application of case-based simulation learning can be a systematic clinical education strategy that has a long-term impact on the quality of health services.
