Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) di St Petrus Kolisagu dilaksanakan untuk merespon menurunnya partisipasi jemaat dalam kehidupan menggereja. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan partisipasi jemaat melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan di Komunitas Basis Gerejawi (KBG) yang selama ini belum berjalan secara optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan KKN di Paroki Santo Petrus Kolisagu Keuskupan Larantuka adalah pendekatan live in yang menekankan pada partisipasi aktif umat dalam setiap kegiatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan observasi lapangan oleh mahasiswa, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pembekalan selama tiga hari. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa program keagamaan yang dilaksanakan di Komunitas Basis Gerejawi (KBG) berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi jemaat dalam kehidupan bergereja. Jemaat yang sebelumnya kurang terlibat menjadi lebih aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan kerohanian, seperti doa bersama, perayaan ekaristi, katekese Kitab Suci dan bakti sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers' personality competencies in shaping the disciplinary character of students at SDK Botung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the data obtained, teachers' personality competencies are very important in shaping character, one of which is the discipline of students both in terms of time, dress, and speech, both within and outside the school environment. Good personality traits demonstrated by teachers will set a good example for students. Teachers will become figures who are obeyed in all their wisdom, advice, words and commands. It is hoped that the personality competencies possessed by teachers can shape the discipline of students, so that the learning process can run well and teachers can transfer their knowledge and be accepted by their students.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning achievement in Catholic Religious Education subjects through the STAD approach. The STAD approach is one of the cooperative learning models that emphasizes group and individual cooperation to achieve common learning goals. This study was conducted at SMPN Satu Atap Tikatukang in class VII with 17 students who were divided into small groups. The method used was classroom action research with a cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the study showed an increase in learning achievement after the implementation of the STAD approach, both in terms of exam scores, active participation in group discussions, and understanding of the material taught. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the STAD approach is effective in improving students' learning achievement in Catholic religious education.
