Abstract

PT.PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk combines the objectives of occupational safety and health into the management system at all levels of the company. Management is responsible for preventing injuries and diseases due to work. PT.PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk has succeeded in implementing an occupational safety and health management system to minimize work accidents. The occupational safety and health management system program has been established in oil palm factory in the form of recruitment, education and training, counseling, use of personal protective equipment and appreciation. Evaluation of the P2K3 work program on K3 policy can produce results, namely the acquisition of zero accident in the palm oil mill environment, in the factory environment there are no work accidents that cause loss of employee working days. The influence and application of SMK3 can be proven from the lack of work accidents in the palm oil mill environment, and several awards are obtained about occupational safety. PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk was given a zero accident award for its achievements in implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Program (K3) so as to reach 2,596,288 working hours of people without work accidents, starting from January 1, 2012 to March 31 2016. Then won a gold flag award in SMK3 in Begerpang POM in 2009 and 2012. In the framework of implementing Government No. 50 of 2012 concerning the application of SMK3 in the workplace.

Abstract

UD. Sarigut Bakery is known as one of several industries that focus on processing bread specifically in the Banda Aceh City area that seeks to produce with a variety of bread. The purpose of this study is to carry out efforts to identify, measure efforts, and analyzing efforts to the phase known to be the cause of the decline in quality of the production process of meses bread through a series of stages of the DMAIC SIX SIGMA methodology. It is known that the main problem is the discovery of disability with a total of 4,096 of the total production of the production of 21896 with a period of 3 months specifically in the dominant disability of Meses bread in the percentage of 81.29%. With the dominant of the disability itself the disability that comes in damaged bread with a percentage of 36.49% present from all of the total disability of related meses bread. After the assessment effort, the DPMO value was obtained by 26723.74 so that there were several levels of Sigma 3, which means it was still far from the world industry level which reached 6σ (3.4 DPMO). Efforts to analyze the data carried out by applying the Fishbone and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) diagrams are known to be related to the cause of the presence of disability from damaged bread with 3 modes of failure in potential, namely bread that is not filled with chocolate with a value of 20, the upper bread with a value of RPN of 80 and failure mode on broken bread with the highest RPN value of 90.

Abstract

Isu lingkungan global seperti perubahan iklim, pengelolaan limbah, dan degradasi ekosistem menuntut solusi inovatif yang melibatkan masyarakat secara langsung. Kesenjangan antara kesadaran lingkungan dan praktik keberlanjutan di tingkat komunitas masih menjadi tantangan. Pengabdian masyarakat bertajuk "Innovating for a Greener Tomorrow" bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pendekatan edukatif dan teknologi tepat guna untuk mewujudkan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara hybrid (luring dan daring) di Bangkok, Thailand, dengan melibatkan KABA Academic Society dan KRIRK University. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan teknologi ramah lingkungan, literasi digital, serta monitoring dampak awal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan, keterampilan teknis masyarakat, dan kolaborasi lintas budaya. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi pendidikan dan inovasi lokal dalam memperkuat transformasi menuju masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. Model ini berpotensi direplikasi di wilayah lain sebagai kontribusi nyata terhadap mitigasi krisis lingkungan global.
