Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction, particularly in the context of services provided by J&T Express. The research employs a quantitative approach and survey method, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to consumers who use J&T Express delivery services. The service quality variables evaluated include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, while consumer satisfaction encompasses expectation alignment, repurchase intention, and willingness to recommend. The population for this study consists of the residents of Rumah Tiga village, with samples selected through purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the service quality of J&T Express significantly impacts consumer satisfaction. Aspects such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy positively contribute to consumer satisfaction, including expectation alignment, repurchase intention, and willingness to recommend.

Abstract

This study explores the entrepreneurial potential of students in the Faculty of Education at Pattimura University, particularly in the Department of Social Sciences. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 99 students, considering their academic year, gender, and department/program of study. Descriptive statistical analysis provided an empirical overview of students' entrepreneurial potential. The research findings indicate that students' entrepreneurial potential significantly influences entrepreneurship skills development. The analysis of questionnaire scores was conducted using a weighted average based on relative load factors. The implications of this research suggest that enhancing and developing students' entrepreneurial potential can contribute positively to the operational aspects and success of student entrepreneurship. Students with entrepreneurial characteristics are expected to possess competencies that support the creation of business plans.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work enthusiasm on employee performance at CV. Super Inti Perkasa, a small and medium-sized enterprise located in Desa Amahusu, Kecamatan Nusaniwe, Kota Ambon. The research method used is quantitative, employing a survey technique with 36 respondents. The results show that work enthusiasm has a significant impact on employee performance, where employees with high work enthusiasm demonstrate better productivity, work quality, and job satisfaction. This study also highlights the importance of managerial support, a conducive work environment, and effective communication in enhancing work enthusiasm and employee performance. These findings are consistent with previous research indicating that work enthusiasm is a crucial factor in achieving optimal performance in small and medium-sized enterprises. The results are expected to serve as a reference for company management in designing more effective strategies to boost work enthusiasm and employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and promotion on purchasing decisions among students in the Lazada e-commerce application. The independent variables in this research are price and promotion, while the dependent variable is the purchasing decision. This research employed a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to students using Lazada. The regression analysis results indicate that both price and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Among these variables, promotion has a more substantial influence compared to price. Promotional factors such as discounts, cashback, and free shipping influence students' purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that effective pricing and promotion strategies significantly impact consumer interest, particularly among highly attentive students to beneficial offers, highlighting the importance of promotional activities in the competitive e-commerce environment for attracting and retaining consumers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perception and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Swiss Hotel Ambon. Perception and service quality are two essential factors that influence the overall customer experience during their stay. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data through questionnaires from 50 respondents who are guests of the Swiss Hotel Ambon. Data analysis was performed using SPSS to test validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that both perception and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.892 suggests that 89.2% of the variance in customer satisfaction can be explained by these two variables. In conclusion, the hotel must maintain and enhance customer perceptions and service quality to ensure high customer satisfaction, which can contribute to customer loyalty and a positive reputation in the competitive hospitality market

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee performance on customer satisfaction in motor vehicle washing services at CV Tirta Mandiri, Nusaniwe District, Ambon City. Employee performance in this study encompasses various aspects, including punctuality, quality of washing results, as well as interaction and attitude towards consumers. The research method applied is a quantitative survey using questionnaires distributed to consumers as respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the relationship between employee performance and customer satisfaction. The results indicate that employee performance has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction levels. These findings suggest that the better the performance displayed by employees, the higher the satisfaction level perceived by customers. Moreover, aspects such as punctuality and the quality of washing results are crucial factors in determining customer satisfaction. This study highlights the importance of enhancing employee performance in vehicle washing services to improve the overall customer experience. In conclusion, improvements and training in both technical and communication skills for employees are highly recommended to support efforts in boosting customer loyalty and retention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of gadget usage on students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 5 Kepulauan Tanimbar. A quantitative research method with a correlational approach was used to assess the strength of the relationship between gadget usage and learning motivation. The sample consisted of 85 students from grade X, selected using a census sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation sheets, and a learning motivation test. The results of the analysis indicate that gadget usage significantly affects students' learning motivation. The regression coefficient value of 0.198 shows that gadget usage positively influences students' learning motivation. Both validity and reliability tests confirm that the instruments used in this study are consistent and valid. Therefore, the study concludes that wise and directed use of gadgets can improve students' motivation to learn. These findings underscore the importance of the role of teachers and parents in guiding students toward productive gadget use

Abstract

This community service project was conducted in the coastal area of Leitimur Peninsula, Ambon City, to strengthen local economic capacity through the implementation of a blue economy based on circular economic principles. The program aimed to enhance seafood processing skills, promote waste utilization for value-added products, and develop community-based digital marketing. The participatory approach engaged local communities, village authorities, and academics through technical training, entrepreneurship mentoring, and community-based evaluation. The results indicated significant improvement in production capacity, business management, and environmental awareness among coastal residents. This project produced an integrated empowerment model adaptable to local characteristics and replicable in other coastal regions. Recommendations emphasize institutional collaboration to expand sustainable economic impact.
