Abstract

Efforts to improve student achievement in a school environment cannot be separated from the role of teachers who must be more serious in implementing educational programs. Therefore, this study will test whether there is an influence of digital competence and resonant leadership on the performance of high school teachers with job satisfaction as an intervening variable and workload as a moderating variable at State Senior High Schools in Lhoksumawe City. Data collection was carried out quantitatively. This study involved teachers at high schools in Lhoksumawe City, Aceh. The results showed that digital competence and resonant leadership had a positive effect on teacher performance at Lhoksumawe City High Schools. In addition, digital competence and resonant leadership also had a positive effect on job satisfaction at Lhoksumawe City High Schools, and job satisfaction also had a positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The many negative environmental influences are considered to have caused a decline in student achievement levels. Therefore, it is necessary to have strategies to improve student achievement. Therefore, this study will test whether there is an influence of the work environment on the performance of high school teachers with workload as a moderating variable at state high schools in Lhoksumawe City. Data collection uses quantitative methods. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive effect on teacher performance and teacher workload at Lhoksumawe City High Schools. Likewise, workload also affects teacher performance, and then there is also a positive influence of the work environment on teacher performance mediated by teacher workload at Lhoksumawe City High Schools.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Analisis Real seringkali menjadi tantangan signifikan karena menuntut transisi dari berpikir komputasional menuju berpikir deduktif formal yang rigor. Kesulitan ini tidak hanya bersifat kognitif tetapi juga memengaruhi aspek afektif mahasiswa, khususnya disposisi matematis yang menentukan ketahanan belajar. Namun, dinamika pembentukan disposisi tersebut dalam menghadapi tekanan epistemologi Analisis Real belum banyak dieksplorasi secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengalaman hidup mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran Analisis Real melalui lensa disposisi matematis. Menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi interpretatif, penelitian melibatkan delapan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Malikussaleh yang menempuh mata kuliah tersebut pada Semester Ganjil 2025/2026. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan jurnal reflektif selama satu semester. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi tematik dan analisis hermeneutik. Hasil menunjukkan lima esensi pengalaman yaitu ketegangan kognitif saat transisi ke matematika abstrak, keraguan diri dalam mengonstruksi bukti formal, ketekunan sebagai respons kesulitan, ketergantungan pada scaffolding dosen, dan transformasi persepsi matematika dari prosedural menjadi filosofis. Temuan mengungkap bahwa disposisi matematis bersifat dinamis terbentuk melalui interaksi dengan tantangan epistemologis. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi pedagogis untuk merancang intervensi yang memupuk ketahanan kognitif mahasiswa.
