Abstract

The counter business is engaged in products and services, namely selling cellphones, accessories, pulses and the internet. In this case, consumers are always looking for products that are often considered the best and fulfill consumer desires. So that the counter is required to make customer satisfaction the main goal in business. Consumer desires that always follow the development of the developing trend method. This requires companies or business people to also implement a good marketing strategy. The method of implementing community service, through the socialization of product quality literacy of hanphone accessories at RPTRA Lestari Indah Krlurahan Papanggo Tanjung Priok North Jakarta on January 22, 2025 with participants of administrators and members of RPTRA Lestari Indah and mothers of PKK Papanggo Village. Location and marketing strategies are important for discussion in establishing a cellphone counter company. The conclusion was the enthusiasm of the participants in establishing a cellphone counter company.

Abstract

Organic rice is a type of rice that is grown without the use of pesticides herbicides, or other synthetic chemicals. The growing process prioritizes environmental sustainability and soil health, using environmentally friendly farming methods and prioritizing ecosystem balance. Organic rice has a more natural flavor and better texture compared to regular (non-organic) rice. In addition, consumption of organic rice is believed to be healthier because it is free from chemicals that can harm the body's health. This product is suitable for consumers who care about personal health, sustainability and the environmental impact of the products they consume.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan citra merek, terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada usaha counter pulsa, aksesoris, dan handphone Family Store di Kelurahan Kembangan, Jakarta Barat. Persaingan yang ketat dalam sektor retail menuntut setiap pelaku usaha untuk memberikan pelayanan yang prima, harga yang bersaing, dan pengalaman berbelanja yang memuaskan. Dalam konteks ini, kepuasan pelanggan menjadi indikator penting keberhasilan bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan Family Store sebagai responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda untuk melihat hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pihak manajemen dalam merumuskan strategi pelayanan dan penetapan harga yang lebih efektif.Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, harga, citra merek, kepuasan pelanggan, Family StoreĀ
