Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable in the Rehabilitation Center Work Unit of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia (Satker Pusrehap Kemhan RI). The sample in this study was 110 employees, which was determined based on the purposive sampling method with a calculation of 5 times the number of research indicators. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique with the help of Smart PLS software. The results of the study showed that organizational culture did not have a significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Other results also show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. These findings indicate that in improving employee performance in the Pusrehap Task Force of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia, work discipline and organizational commitment play a more dominant role compared to organizational culture.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of organizational culture at Diskomlekau on the retention of young talent, which plays an important role in the process of organizational regeneration and sustainability. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research to collect and analyze data. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research found that organizational culture has a significant impact on the satisfaction and commitment of young employees. Positive values ??create a supportive work environment, but there are also pressures that can cause stress. Interview results show that an inclusive and innovative culture is attractive to young talents. This research emphasizes the important role of management in building a positive organizational culture. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture at Diskomlekau has a significant impact on the retention of young talent. Positive values ??in organizational culture create a supportive work environment, increasing the satisfaction and commitment of young employees. However, there are also challenges, such as pressure to contribute optimally which can cause stress. Young employees appreciate the culture that is inclusive and supports innovation, which is an attraction for them to continue working at Diskomlekau.

Abstract

This research aims to explore human resource Management (HRM) strategies employed by Generation Z (Gen Z) in the digital era. The focus of the study is on the integration of digital technology, ethical awareness, and personal values in HR decision-making. Gen Z tends to utilize digital platforms for recruitment, communication, and performance management, leveraging technology to enhance workplace efficiency and employee management. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach to identify the challenges and risks Gen Z faces in HRM, such as concerns over data security, online communication, and maintaining ethical standards in the workplace. Personal values and ethical considerations also influence HR decisions within Gen Z's approach. This study aims to provide insights that can help develop more effective HR strategies and policies tailored to the needs and preferences of Gen Z in the digital era.
