Abstract

Era digital menghadirkan tantangan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM), terutama dalam memastikan manajemen data yang terpusat dan terintegrasi di Universitas Primakara. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi kepegawaian menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan metode Scrum. Scrum diterapkan karena sifatnya yang adaptif dan iteratif, memungkinkan pengembangan sistem melalui sprint dengan evaluasi berkelanjutan. UML digunakan untuk memodelkan sistem secara visual, mencakup use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan entity relationship diagram (ERD). Penelitian ini dilakukan selama empat bulan dengan delapan sprint, menghasilkan desain sistem yang terstruktur untuk pengelolaan gaji, perizinan, dan evaluasi kinerja pegawai (Key Performance Indicator atau KPI). Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pihak terkait, pemodelan sistem ini dinilai mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan SDM, meskipun masih diperlukan penyempurnaan agar lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional Universitas Primakara.

Abstract

The Design of Digital Report Archiving at the Cultural Office of Bali Province based on Google Site aims to enhance efficiency and accessibility in document management. Leveraging the Google Site platform, this design integrates cloud-based data storage with collaborative features, facilitating the archiving and retrieval processes. Digital report documents, encompassing cultural activities and related projects, can be swiftly uploaded, organized, and accessed through a user-friendly interface. Data security is ensured through well-managed access rights. With the implementation of this design, the Cultural Office of Bali Province anticipates optimizing operational effectiveness, reducing paper usage, and fostering collaboration among team members in the management of digital reports.

Abstract

Recording attendance is an important factor in the management of human resources. Information regarding attendance that can determine achievement, productivity or progress of the agency. So we need a smart attendance system that can work automatically, with a design method that makes a smart attendance system using fingerprint technology and using a control system. Data in the form of unique strokes at the fingertips of every human being is used as data. When this fingerprint is attached to the attendance device, the data is automatically entered into the Arduino. The results of this study indicate that Arduino Uno can be used as an attendance system controller using a fingerprint sensor. The FMP10 fingerprint sensor can read as many as 127 fingerprint data. This design was made to facilitate attendance automatically by attaching fingerprints to the fingerprint sensor and data will enter automatically into the Arduino without having to use stationery, pens, attendance books, and enter attendance data manually, so the impact of this design is good for use. because it is quite easy to use compared to manually.
