Abstract

The most economic activity carried out by the indonesian people is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs are known for their relativelly easy to develop types of businesses with vaious creations and innovations and have crucial potential in driving the economy in Indonesia. The existance of MSMEs can reduce poverty and unemployment in Indonesia. In addition, MSMEs have the potential to compete on the national and even international stage if they continue to be encouraged with innovation and creation that follows the times. If this can be realized, of course it can help increase economic income and community welfare can be fulfilled. In this trudy, PPL FEBI UIN SAIZU Purwokerto students helped MSMEs in Banyumas, namely the Al-Muna Bakery MSME. PPL students helped with production, offline promotion, online promotion of financial reports, adna others. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, descrtiptive analysis method with direct observation and interviews. The result of this study show that the role of students is very important in helping to encourge MSME businesses, especially in terms of increasing sales turnover.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze customer service in financing in the Consumer Financing Staff (CFS) area of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Jakarta Fatmawati 2. An effective service system is needed to optimize customer experience in accesing financing products. This study examines the factors that contribute to satisfaction in customer service, including bussines analysis, staff performance evaluations, and customer satisfaction measurement. The results of the study indicate that BSI KC Jakarta Fatmawati 2 continues to strive to improve service quality and operational efficiency, especially innthe consumer financing sector, by optimizing the role of Consumer Financing Staff (CFS). Improving the competence of CFS employees, utilizing technology, and the role of Consumer Financing Staff. Improving technology, and implementing effective strategies in satisfying customer, and strengthening of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) position in the market.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive global era, service quality is a crucial factor in building customer trust and loyalty. This study uses a qualitative approach to examine the quality of the customer service system at Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pasar Wage, Purwokeroto Selatan. Data were collected through direct observation, documentation, and literature review to obtain an overview of the service dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The findings indicate that, overall, the service system at Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pasar Wage is functioning well. However, several challenges were identified, such as limited supporting facilities, relatively long waiting times during peak periods, and suboptimal communication of information to customers. These findings are expected to serve as input for management in efforts to enhance service quality and strengthen the image of Pegadaian Syariah in the eyes of the community.

Abstract

Various correlated variables affect the transformation of the Islamic economics in the context of society 5.0. These variables include halal supervision and certification, public awareness of sharia principles, product and service innovation, collaboration between Islamic financial institutions and technology companies, and integration of advanced technology. New product and service innovations, such as sukuk bonds and Islamic mutual funds, also contribute greatly to the transformation of the Islamic economics. On the other hand, the integration of technologies such as fintech and blockchain has increased accessibility and transparency in Islamic financial services, and increased public awareness of the benefits of the Islamic economics has increased demand for Islamic goods and services. Technology companies and Islamic financial institutions work together to produce innovations in Islamic financial services, while technologies such as blockchain ensure authenticity and transparency in the halal industry. Understanding these components is important in transforming the Islamic economics towards a more inclusive, sustainable and ethical economic system in a 5.0 society.
