Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of celebrity influencers' credibility and online customer reviews on purchase intention, with consumer attitudes as a mediator. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to 160 Gen Z respondents in Surabaya. Results indicate that celebrity influencers' credibility significantly impacts consumer attitudes and purchase intention directly and indirectly through consumer attitudes. Similarly, online customer reviews have a significant impact on purchase intention directly and indirectly through consumer attitudes. The findings highlight the importance for businesses to strategically leverage credible influencers and encourage positive online reviews to enhance consumer attitudes and drive purchase intentions.

Abstract

The chicken meat import dispute between Brazil and Indonesia serves as a clear example of tensions in international trade, involving procedural differences and protectionist policies. Indonesia, as the world’s second-largest Muslim population, applies strict requirements such as halal labeling and general prohibitions on products that do not meet certain standards. Conversely, Brazil, as a major chicken meat exporter, seeks to reduce trade barriers by opposing procedures such as the positive list and import licensing, which are considered burdensome. This study aims to analyze the procedural conflict in the trade dispute and its impact on the trade relations between the two countries. The research method employed is a literature review using a normative approach, focusing on the analysis of trade regulations, import policies, reports, and related official documents. The findings indicate that Indonesia successfully upheld procedures focusing on consumer protection and food safety, while Brazil won claims related to administrative procedures that were deemed burdensome and non-transparent. Thus, while both countries have legitimate interests, these procedural differences can create barriers to global trade, requiring a diplomatic approach and constructive dialogue to seek a fair solution for both parties. The resolution of this prolonged dispute is expected to provide valuable insights for future international trade policies.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mengubah secara fundamental pelaku usaha memproduksi, memasarkan dan mendistribusikan karya kreatif mereka. Karya digital seperti foto produk, video promosi, desain grafis, konten media sosial dan karya turunan kini menjadi instrumen utama dalam strategi bisnis modern. Namun, perkembangan ini juga diikuti dengan meningkatnya risiko pelanggaran hak cipta, seperti penggandaan tanpa izin, peniruan konten, plagiarisme, pemotongan video, hingga komersialisasi karya orang lain tanpa persetujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap karya digital pelaku usaha berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta, serta menganalisis peran dan efektivitas penegak hukum dalam menangani pelanggaran hak cipta di ruang digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kerangka normatif telah menyediakan perlindungan yang jelas,adapun kendala dalam implementasinya termasuk lemahnya literasi hukum, kesulitan pembuktian bukti digital, keterbatasan sumber daya penegak hukum serta belum optimalnya koordinasi antar lembaga. Penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya pembaruan regulasi digital, peningkatan kemampuan digital, penguatan sistem pengawasan karya digital dan edukasi hukum yang komprehensif bagi pelaku usaha.
