Abstract

This research discusses the motivation of students in organizing in PMII Commissariat Kebayoran Lama. Motivation gives encouragement and hope to students to achieve their goals. This study aims to explore and describe student motivation in organizing at PMII Commissariat Kebayoran Lama for Mapaba members in 2022. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach, using Abraham Maslow's motivation theory or familiarly called the hierarchical theory of basic human needs. The data collection techniques used were online written interviews via Google Form, literature study and non-participant observation. The results showed that the motives that form student motivation in organizing in PMII Commissariat Kebayoran Lama are because Mapaba is an effective cadre forum, PMII Commissariat Kebayoran Lama as a forum for self-actualization to support future careers, having an extensive network of relationships, PMII as an organization born from the womb of Nahdlatul Ulama, and following the advice of the closest people. In Abraham Maslow's theory of motivation, it is found that the motivation of students is to meet the need for security to want to organize comfortably and safely according to the advice of those closest to them. Social needs to have different friends in order to build extensive relationships. Appreciation needs, students want to get the appreciation of being someone who succeeds in society. Finally, self-actualization needs, students want to develop their interests talents and passions to improve their quality of life in achieving their future careers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine how the perception of organizational communication satisfaction of employees at PT. PEMI, PT. EDS Manufacturing Indonesia manufacturing automotive wiring harness. The company was founded in 1989 and based in Tangerang Indonesia PT. PEMI operates as a subsidiary of Yazaki which is owned by a Japanese company, PT. PEMI is a pioneer of industry wiring harness, manufacture of car body cable. Wairing harness is a collection of one or more wires with several parts conducting electric current. This company managed to give satisfaction to almost all employees who work in this company. The focus of the problem in this study to determine how the perception of organizational communication satisfaction in the company pemi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. While primary data sources are employees at PT. PEMI, while secondary data sources of documents, books related to the author. This theory suggests that communication satisfaction is defined as individual satisfaction with various aspects of communication that exist in the organizational environment, this theory identifies eight communication satisfaction in the organization, namely Climate Communication, Supervisory Communications, Organizational Integration, Media Quality, Horizontal Informal Communication, General Organizational Perspective, Subordinate, Feedback. Data collection techniques are by conducting interviews, observation and documentation, to obtain descriptive data, in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that there are 8 points that the authors found about the perception of organizational communication satisfaction of employees of PT. PEMI, namely, First the communication climate in the pemi company is all good, second the communication of superiors with subordinates is very alert if there are problems related to work, Third The Information System Management work environment in this company is good, fourth the quality of communication management here the information provided is always delivered on time and directed, fifth the informal communication and horizontal communication used is informal, sixth the employee's understanding of the company's condition employees really understand the development of the company's ups and downs, seventh communication subordinates to superiors, employees are very well respond to what is ordered by his superiors, eighth feedback in the company provides a reward in the form of cash and promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' perceptions of the use of the Chat GPT application as a digital communication medium among students of the Al-Qur'an Science Institute (IIQ) Jakarta. This background is based on the importance of communication in human life. Moreover, along with the development of technology, applications such as Chat GPT have made it easier for users, especially students, to complete their assignments or work.The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with the main data source in the form of direct written interviews, also through Google Forms involving 100 students from various faculties and departments at IIQ Jakarta. This study emphasizes the analysis of student perceptions of the benefits and effectiveness, and motivation in using Chat GPT, as well as individual values towards them, as students.The research methods used include collecting primary data through written interviews, as well as secondary data from relevant literature. Data analysis is carried out interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study uses the Dufuni innovation theory approach to analyze the stages of student benefits in adopting Chat GPT as a digital communication medium. The results of the study show that the majority of IIQ Jakarta students consider Chat GPT to make it easier for students to convey visual messages effectively. This conclusion provides important insights into the role of technology in individual life, as well as how Chat GPT can be a very helpful medium among students.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relevance and implementation of Sufism moral education in da'wah in the era of Society 5.0 and its impact on strengthening the mental health of students. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach with literature studies and in-depth interviews with students and lecturers teaching Sufism morals at private Islamic universities. The results show that Sufistic values such as patience, sincerity, trust, and gratitude play a significant role in managing stress and anxiety among students, thereby enhancing mental resilience and emotional well-being. Practices such as dhikr (remembrance of God), self-reflection (muhasabah), and spiritual guidance through mentoring and dhikr communities have been proven effective in strengthening the character and mental health of students amidst high social and academic pressures. The integration of Sufism moral education in the da'wah curriculum in the Society 5.0 era through innovative learning, spiritual communities, and the utilization of digital technology has been shown to contribute significantly to creating holistic and adaptive Islamic education. Sufism moral education becomes a strategic solution in addressing the mental health challenges of students in the digital era by building a balance between technological advancements and human values. This research provides a theoretical and practical foundation for the development of future Islamic education and da'wah oriented towards forming individuals with strong character and mental health.
