Abstract

Abstract: Indonesian through Presidential Regulation (PERPRES) No. 39 of 2019, strives to implement a quality government based on data that is credible, accountable and up-to-date and becomes a reference in making policies that will be taken for government management. Implementing Presidential Decree No.39 of 2019 is not easy and tends to face quite big challenges. Satu Data Indonesia aims to unite data resources owned by various government agencies, create information transparency, and increase data interoperability. In the context of quality government administration, the implementation of PERPRES no. 39 of 2019 is the main key in ensuring that the data used by the government is accurate, consistent and can be accessed easily. The Governance of One Higher Education Data which refers to Presidential Decree number 39 of 2019 which is implemented in the tertiary environment is expected to facilitate the data synchronization process and be a solution to several problems such as university data not being the same as data in study programs, unclear university data that can accessed by both study programs and the public, in this case the community, there is no data transparency, lack of quality statistical data and preparation of higher education accreditation instruments (IAPT). Abstract

Keamanan informasi digital menjadi tantangan utama seiring meningkatnya ancaman penyadapan dan pencurian data pada era komunikasi modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kerahasiaan pesan dengan menggabungkan kriptografi Rijndael dan AES 256 serta steganografi Least Significant Bit (LSB) yang dipadukan dengan algoritma Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) untuk pengacakan posisi bit. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen berbasis pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan model Waterfall, meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML, implementasi, dan pengujian kualitas citra. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengenkripsi pesan, mendistribusikan bit secara acak, serta menyisipkan data dalam citra digital. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai PSNR di atas 40 dB dan MSE yang rendah, sehingga kualitas citra stego tetap baik tanpa distorsi visual. Kesimpulannya, kombinasi teknik kriptografi dan steganografi ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan keamanan pesan rahasia dalam citra digital tanpa menurunkan kualitas visual, serta layak diterapkan pada komunikasi rahasia berskala luas.

Abstract

In the complicated and growing fast education environment now, we need effective performance measurement methods and able to measure education institution properly. Method which able to apply is Balance Score Card (BSC), which it considers aspects of human resources, system used in, operating process, finance, and customer satisfactions. The result of performance measurement of HPI institution gives 14 strategic targets, quality improvement, widening network, optimization income and efficiency of operating cost, effective investments, research and innovations, time of service reduction, human resource empowerment, teachers effectiveness of teaching process, satisfaction and improvement of mentality of employees, and good information system. Scoring of OMAX performance indicator give point 4.538 or level 4-7 yellow color (middle performance). The performance of the institution is below the targets and need improvements to meet targets. The productivity index is 18,3% or increase 18,3% from period before.

Abstract

Sistem SVM (Support Vector Machine) digunakan dalam analisis forensik jaringan komputer lokal (LAN) berbasis framework TAARA untuk mengklasifikasikan data yang terkait dengan keamanan jaringan. SVM adalah algoritma pembelajaran mesin yang dapat digunakan untuk klasifikasi dan regresi. Dalam analisis forensik jaringan komputer, SVM digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan data yang terkait dengan serangan jaringan seperti serangan DDoS. Framework TAARA digunakan untuk memfasilitasi proses analisis forensik jaringan komputer. Framework ini menyediakan berbagai fitur untuk analisis forensik jaringan komputer, seperti analisis paket, analisis log, dan visualisasi data. Dalam pengujian yang dilakukan, SVM berhasil mengkalsifikasikan data dengan akurasi yang tinggi, sehingga dapat membantu dalam deteksi dan pencegahan serangan jaringan pada jaringan komputer lokal

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the digital competence of teachers in utilizing Google Forms and connecting it to Excel to support the learning process at SMA Ma’arif Bandung. The methods used include theoretical training and hands-on practice, where participants were introduced to Google Form components, how to create evaluation forms, and techniques to integrate them with Excel for data analysis. The results showed that the training successfully improved participants’ understanding and skills in using digital tools for education, although challenges remained during the follow-up mentoring phase. This activity is expected to be an initial step towards digital transformation in the school environment.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in Sukajaya Village, Malangbong District, Garut Regency, aiming to enhance farmers’ technological literacy through the implementation of a smart irrigation system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The main problem faced by the community is the inefficiency in water use and manual irrigation management. The program employed a Participatory Action Learning (PAL) approach, engaging local farmers in hands-on learning and technology application. The activities consisted of seminars, training sessions, and live demonstrations of an automatic irrigation system integrating soil moisture sensors and IoT modules to regulate watering automatically. Evaluation results indicated a 68% increase in participants’ understanding of smart system concepts and their applications in agriculture. Participants also showed strong enthusiasm to develop similar systems in their own fields. This program demonstrates that participatory-based education effectively bridges the technological gap between universities and rural communities, serving as an initial step toward the adoption of sustainable precision agriculture.
