Abstract

Digitalization has become a key element in the transformation of the pharmaceutical sector, providing opportunities to improve operational efficiency, expand service access, and introduce new innovations. HCM Farma, a local pharmacy in Indonesia, has adopted a digitalization strategy by leveraging technologies such as cloud computing, mobile applications for telepharmacy services, and digital health education systems. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digitalization at HCM Farma as an innovative pharmacy model to enhance local competitiveness. Through a literature review approach, the study found that the application of cloud computing enables real-time drug inventory management, thereby improving operational efficiency and accuracy. The telepharmacy service available through the mobile app expands healthcare accessibility, especially for patients in remote areas. Additionally, the digital health education feature helps patients better understand medication use, increasing their involvement in health management. However, the implementation of this digitalization strategy faces challenges such as high investment costs and patient data security issues. To address these challenges, it is recommended to strengthen collaboration with technology providers, provide continuous staff training, and enhance data security systems. The results of this study show that digitalization in the pharmaceutical sector, when applied correctly, can provide a competitive advantage for local pharmacies like HCM Farma. Furthermore, digitalization also contributes to improving healthcare access and quality in Indonesia, particularly in hard-to-reach areas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine  the influence of Character, Competence, and Digital Literacy on Employee Performance at SMK Negeri 1 South Bengkulu. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation was obtained: Y = 3.431 + 0.268X₁ + 0.147X₂ + 0.506X₃ +0,752. The results of the partial test (t-test) showed that  the Character variable (X₁) had a positive and significant effect  on Employee Performance (Y) with a tcal value = 7.636 > ttable = 1.983 and significance = 0.000 < 0.05. Competency Variable (X₂) also has  a positive and significant effect  on Employee Performance with tcount = 3.983 > ttable = 1.983 and significance = 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore,  the Digital Literacy variable (X₃) provided the most dominant influence, with tcount = 17.953 > ttable = 1.983 and significance = 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously (F test), the three variables had a significant effect on Employee Performance, with the value of Fcal = 1049.012 > Ftable = 3.07 and significance = 0.000 < 0.05. The determination coefficient value (R²) of 0.969 shows that Character, Competence, and Digital Literacy together  are able to explain 96.9% of the variation in Employee Performance, while  the remaining 3.1% is explained by other factors outside this research model. Thus, it can be concluded that the better the character, the higher the competence, and the stronger the digital literacy of employees, the higher the performance of employees at SMK Negeri 1 South Bengkulu.

The method used is a quantitative method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees with Civil Servant status at the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Seluma Regency, totaling 42 people. The results of the analysis show that the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. While work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports. With the results of multiple linear regression tests on showing the equation; Y = 2.188 - 0.040 (X1) + 0.517 (X2) + 0.456 (X3) + e, the coefficient of determination (R square) value of SPSS Version 25 is 0.699 which means X1, X2 and X3 have an effect of 69.9% on employee performance at the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Seluma Regency, while the remaining 30.1% is influenced by other variables. The results of the t-test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially X1 has no significant effect on Y with a value of 0.719 > 0.05, X2 has a significant effect on Y with a value of 0.007 < 0.05 and X3 has a significant effect on Y with a value of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on the F test, Work Environment, Work Motivation and Work Discipline have a simultaneous effect on the Performance of Employees of the Seluma Regency Tourism, Youth and Sports Office with a result of 0.000 < 0.05.
