Abstract

Grab Food in facing tight competition must strive to maintain its position not to be shifted by Go-Food. The purpose of this study is to test the Influence of E-Service Quality, Customer Experience and Experiential Marketing on Grab Food User Satisfaction on Unpri Students in Medan City. This research method is descriptive. Quantitative research approach. The population is Unpri Students in Medan City, the number is unknown. The sample is 73 Unpri Students in Medan City. The model is with multiple linear regression. The result is E-Service Quality has an impact on Grab Food User Satisfaction on Unpri Students in Medan City. Customer Experience has an impact on Grab Food User Satisfaction on Unpri Students in Medan City. Experiential Marketing has an impact on Grab Food User Satisfaction on Unpri Students in Medan City. E-Service Quality, Customer Experience and Experiential Marketing have an impact on Grab Food User Satisfaction on Unpri Students in Medan City.

Abstract

Kegiatan administrasi di sebuah kantor dituntut semakin efisien seiring perkembangan teknologi. PT Ronadamar Sejahtera yang merupakan distributor untuk produk Lem Fox telah memiliki sistem administrasi berbasis website yang menggunakan Framework Laravel, namun penggunaannya pada perangkat ponsel masih kurang optimal karena keterbatasan tampilan dan kenyamanan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi administrasi kantor berbasis Android yang terintegrasi dengan sistem website yang sudah ada. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan Framework Flutter sebagai front-end mobile dan Framework Laravel sebagai back-end, dengan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Waterfall. Tahap awal adalah tahap perancangan yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pemodelan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), perancangan Database, dan perancangan Wireframe dari aplikasi. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan proses administrasi di PT Ronadamar Sejahtera dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah, fleksibel, dan efisien melalui perangkat Android.

Abstract

This study aims to design financial statements based on Interpretation 335 of the Financial Accounting Standards at the XYZ Foundation. The urgency of this study stems from the still-low level of adoption of financial reporting standards among nonprofit organizations, particularly with regard to Interpretation 335, which has the potential to lead to a lack of transparency and accountability in financial management. Additionally, there is a research gap in the form of the lack of practical guidelines or templates that foundations can use to prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable standards. This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) methodology using the ADDIE model, with a focus on the development phase. Data was collected through interviews with the foundation’s treasurer and secretary. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis. The XYZ Foundation has not yet implemented or prepared financial reports in accordance with these standards. The results of this study produced a financial reporting template in accordance with Interpretation 335 of the Financial Accounting Standards, consisting of a Statement of Financial Position, a Statement of Comprehensive Income, a Statement of Changes in Net Assets, a Cash Flow Statement, and Notes to the Financial Statements.
