Abstract

Meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah merupakan langkah strategis untuk mempersiapkan generasi muda menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja yang dinamis. Namun, banyak siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun proposal bisnis karena kurangnya pemahaman terhadap komponen penting seperti analisis pasar, rencana keuangan, dan strategi pemasaran. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancang untuk membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan tersebut melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang kreatif. Kegiatan ini mencakup sesi edukasi dan dilaksanakan pada 15 Desember 2024 di Pesantren Muhammadiyah Darul Arqam, Depok, dengan peserta utama santri kelas X. Sebanyak 30 relawan berkontribusi dalam pelaksanaan program ini. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terkait elemen-elemen dasar dalam proposal bisnis. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan berbasis proyek efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan praktis siswa, sekaligus memberikan kemampuan yang dapat diterapkan di masa mendatang. Rekomendasi untuk program serupa di masa depan mencakup penambahan sesi konsultasi individual dan peningkatan sarana pendukung pelatihan. Kami juga menyarankan agar inisiatif ini diperluas ke sekolah lain untuk memperluas dampak positifnya. Kata Kunci: kewirausahaan, proposal bisnis, kelas kreatif, siswa SMA;

Abstract

Green Open Space (RTH) is an essential element in urban development, playing a crucial role in supporting ecological balance, providing shade, producing oxygen, and absorbing pollution. It also serves as a social and cultural space for the community. The neighborhood park located along the banks of the Deli River on Ileng Street, Medan Marelan District, represents a concrete example of this issue. The current condition of Ileng Park reflects a decline in its quality as a green open space. This study aims to identify existing problems in terms of the park's physical condition, functionality, and user activities. It employs a qualitative descriptive approach grounded in a case study framework, with data collected from both primary and secondary sources. The analysis is conducted using a rationalistic site analysis method. The findings indicate that the community perceives a need for the revitalization of the park to enhance comfort, attractiveness, and the implementation of the Islamic Garden Concept, which is considered appropriate for restoring the park’s function as a green open space.

Abstract

Bias toward visual elements in architecture often results in visually striking buildings that lack existential grounding and sincerity. This visual dominance makes us feel alienated within our own built environment. Therefore, an approach that considers all the senses is necessary to create a more human-centered environment. An architectural experience that engages all senses can evoke emotions that resonate with the human experience. Peter Zumthor, an architect renowned for his poetic works, emphasizes the importance of sensory perception in architecture. Zumthor’s sources of inspiration are reflected in his book Atmospheres: Architectural Environments, Surrounding Objects. Atmosphere, for Zumthor, answers questions regarding the intensity and mood of a space or architectural structure. He formulated this response into nine atmospheres. This study employs a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods and aims to produce a design that enhances the spatial experience by applying Zumthor's atmosphere theory. A cultural museum is chosen as the design object, as the atmosphere is essential to ‘move’ users within it. The location in Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), with its tropical climate and contoured topography, influences the formulation of design criteria. The study’s results will provide atmospheric design criteria to create the ambiance of spaces in a Cultural Museum at IKN, which can then be developed into a design concept.
