Abstract

ABSTRAK EduPlay Green menawarkan solusi inovatif dengan memanfaatkan limbah rumah tangga menjadi alat permainan edukatif yang ramah lingkungan dan terjangkau, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di PAUD sekaligus mengatasi masalah limbah dan memberdayakan guru serta masyarakat. Tujuan pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAUD, mengatasi masalah limbah rumahtangga, memberdayakan guru PAUD, serta menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan limbah.Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: persiapan (survei, perizinan, dan identifikasi kebutuhan), pelaksanaan (sosialisasi dan pelatihan pemanfaatan limbah rumah tangga menjadi APE), dan monitoring serta evaluasi untuk memastikan efektivitas dan keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran mitra tentang pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga, khususnya pemanfaatannya sebagai APE untuk PAUD. Kata Kunci: Alat Permainan Edukatif, Limbah Rumah Tangga, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini  ABSTRACT EduPlay Green offers innovative solutions by utilizing household waste to create environmentally friendly and affordable educational play tools, thereby enhancing the quality of learning in early childhood education while also addressing waste issues and empowering teachers and the community. The purpose of this Community Service implementation is to improve the quality of early childhood education learning, address household waste issues, empower PAUD teachers, and raise awareness of the importance of waste management.This community service activity is carried out in three stages: preparation (surveys, permits, and needs identification), implementation (socialization and training on utilizing household waste as educational toys), and monitoring and evaluation to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the program. This community service activity successfully enhanced the partners' understanding and awareness of household waste management, particularly its use as educational toys for early childhood education. Keywords: Educational Play Tools, Householde Waste, Early Childhood Education.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Kampung Saung Jingga ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berfokus pada pembangunan ruang belajar inklusif melalui sinergi aktif antara mahasiswa dan masyarakat. Latar belakang utama inisiasi program ini adalah kebutuhan akan wadah edukasi non-formal yang adaptif, terbuka, dan mampu menjangkau berbagai kelompok usia dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang beragam. Metode yang diaplikasikan adalah Pendekatan Partisipatif Kolaboratif, di mana mahasiswa dan warga setempat merancang serta melaksanakan program secara bersama-sama, serta mengintegrasikan metode Edukasi, Sosialisasi, dan Pendampingan. Aktivitas inti program meliputi penguatan literasi dan numerasi dasar bagi anak usia dini melalui activity-based learning (belajar berbasis aktivitas) dan pengembangan kreativitas, serta pemberdayaan keterampilan bagi kelompok dewasa. Kegiatan KKN ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang nyaman dan terbuka, sekaligus efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas komunal serta menumbuhkan minat belajar yang berkelanjutan di kalangan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study explores the complex emotional dynamics and grieving process experienced by a woman following an induced abortion, utilizing Kübler-Ross’s five-stage grief model (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance) as a theoretical framework. A qualitative narrative approach was employed, with data collected through an in-depth, semi-structured online interview with a 20-year-old participant who underwent an abortion at age 18. Non-participant observation of non-verbal cues supplemented the interview data. Thematic analysis was conducted to map the subject’s experiences onto the stages of grief. Findings confirm that the participant navigated all five stages of grief, though in a non-linear and highly individual sequence. The depression stage was notably prolonged, while the eventual movement toward acceptance was significantly facilitated by entering a new, supportive romantic relationship, which provided a crucial "safe space." The experience was compounded by feelings of isolation, stigmatization, and a lack of adequate social support from her partner at the time of the procedure. The study underscores that abortion, particularly under stressful conditions, constitutes a significant psychological loss that can trigger a profound grieving process. Recommendations include integrating psychosocial education into reproductive health programs and conducting further comparative research on the experiences following legal versus illegal procedures.
