Abstract

ABSTRAK Dampak penggunaan antibiotik yang berlebihan terhadap generasi muda serta risiko yang ditimbulkan akibat ketidakpahaman mengenai penggunaannya. Tujuan memberikan edukasi tentang penggunaan antibiotik yang benar dan pencegahan infeksi untuk mengurangi resistensi antibiotik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Sindangkasih dengan melibatkan 51 siswa, metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan promosi kesehatan resistensi antibiotik dilakukan dengan menggunakan media powerpoint, leaflet dan demonstrasi video animasi sebagai sarana promosi kesehatan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa dengan hasil pretest 63% setelah materi diberikan meningkat menjadi 85% pada hasil posttest, yang mengindikasikan bahwa program edukasi kesehatan yang terarah dan kolaboratif dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan siswa mengenai penggunaan antibiotik yang tepat. Program ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pencegahan resistensi antibiotik di kalangan generasi muda. Kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan sekolah dalam bidang edukasi kesehatan diidentifikasi sebagai kunci untuk mengurangi risiko resistensi antibiotik dan menjaga kesehatan masyarakat. Namun, perlu dilakukan perluasan kegiatan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat luas dan keterlibatan tenaga kesehatan untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat mengenai penggunaan antibiotik. Kata Kunci: Antibiotik, Edukasi, Resistensi  ABSTRACT The impact of overuse of antibiotics on the younger generation and the risks posed by not understanding their use. The purpose of providing education on the correct use of antibiotics and prevention of infection to reduce antibiotic resistance. This activity was carried out at SMAN 1 Sindangkasih involving 51 students, the method used in antibiotic resistance health promotion activities was carried out using powerpoint media, leaflets and animated video demonstrations as a means of health promotion. The results showed an increase in student understanding with a pretest result of 63% after the material was given increasing to 85% in the posttest results, indicating that a targeted and collaborative health education program can significantly increase student awareness and knowledge regarding the proper use of antibiotics. This program makes an important contribution to the prevention of antibiotic resistance among the younger generation. Collaboration between universities and schools in health education was identified as key to reducing the risk of antibiotic resistance and maintaining public health. However, there is a need to expand outreach activities to the wider community and involve health workers to provide accurate information on antibiotic use. Keywords: Antibiotics, Education, Resistance

Abstract

Promiscuity is classified as behavior that can interfere with the welfare of others and harm both oneself and others. Common forms of adolescent indifference include drug use; free sex; Alcoholic beverages. Teenagers are unstable individuals whose emotions tend to get out of control through adolescent self-control. Other issues identified were reproductive health problems and risky behavior among adolescents. Adolescence is a period of learning, although teenagers have the opportunity to fulfill their potential but still need support, guidance and guidance from parents, educators and support to create a conducive environment. Several techniques were employed in this counseling activity, including presentations, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, pre-tests, and post-tests. 62 individuals participated in the counseling session. This counseling exercise aims to improve understanding and the ability of Anak Soleh Middle School students to put what has been taught into practice. Participants should find it simpler to learn from this activity thanks to the method selection that was used. In this extension activity, the usage of pre-test and post-test methodologies is employed as a success indication. The results of the pre-test and post-test show that students understand what is explained in the material of promiscuity, namely the meaning of promiscuity, the characteristics of promiscuity, the factors that cause promiscuity, the impact of promiscuity, and how to deal with promiscuity.
