Abstract

Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This bacterium is rod-shaped and is acid-fast, so it is often known as Acid-Resistant Basil (BTA). The source of transmission is smear positive TBC patients through the sputum sprinkles they excrete. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of knowledge, motivation for healing and family support with adherence to taking Anti Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) in TBC patients in 2021. The design of this study was descriptive using the Systematic Review method. The method used is to examine the results of other parties' research. Sampling in this study was carried out by a screening process with a sample of 16 research journals. The results of this study are in accordance with 16 research journals showing that there is a significant relationship between knowledge, healing motivation and family support with adherence to taking Anti Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) in TBC patients. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between knowledge, healing motivation and family support with adherence to taking Anti Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT). Suggestions for tuberculosis sufferers to comply with treatment for 6 months or according to the time recommended by health workers and for families to be supervisors of taking medication for patients, play an active role in providing support and motivation for patients in the treatment stage.Keywords: TBC, OAT adherence, Knowledge, Healing Motivation, Family Support

Abstract

Infeksi  Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) adalah penyakit infeksi akut yang menyerang salah satu bagian atau lebih dari saluran nafas mulai dari hidung (saluran atas) hingga alveoli (saluran bawah) termaksud jaringan adneksa seperti sinus, rongga tengah dan pleura. Yang termasuk dalam infeksi saluran nafas bagian atas adalah batuk pilek biasa, sakit telinga, radang tenggorokan, influenza, bronchitis dan juga sinusitis. Tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita yaitu Gizi kurang pada balita, Pengetahuan Ibu, dan perilaku merokok anggota keluarga dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita menggunakan Systematic Review. Metode yang digunakan adalah sebuah tinjauan sistematis melalui Review jurnal dengan pencarian artikel melalui Google Scholar Jumlah sampel dalam penilitian ini adalah 15 jurnal penilitian dan dibagi secara merata pada 3 variabel independen yaitu Status Gizi pada balita 5 jurnal, Pengetahuan Ibu 5 jurnal, dan perilaku merokok berjumlah 5 jurnal. Hasil dari Systematic Review ini menunjukan bahwa Kejadian ISPA pada Balita memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan Status Gizi, Pengetahuan Ibu, dan perilaku merokok anggota keluarga berdasarkan hasil review sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan dan meningkatkan kesadaran bagi masyarakat tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan agar terhindar dari bahaya penyakit ISPA terutama pada Balita dengan cara memperhatikan status gizi pada balita, meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dan perilaku merokok anggota keluarga.Kata kunci : ISPA, Gizi kurang pada balita, Pengetahuan Ibu, perilaku merokok anggota keluarga

Abstract

This study aims to describe the chemical characteristics of fermented hotong seeds. The research method used is descriptive exploratory, through testing samples of fermented hotong seeds using two different types of yeast, namely tempeh yeast and band yeast, then a proximate test is carried out. Results: The fermentation process using tape yeast produced a carbohydrate content of 60.8%, protein of 9.98%, fat of 1.47%, ash content of 2.68%, and moisture content of 5.05%. Meanwhile, hotong seed samples fermented with tempe yeast produced a carbohydrate content of 59.1%, protein of 9.91%, fat of 1.47%, ash content of 2.06%, and moisture content of 4.70%. These results illustrate that the fermentation process with tape yeast produces a higher proximate test value for carbohydrate, protein and ash content, on the other hand, fermented hotong beans with tape yeast are lower compared to fermented hotong beans tempeh. The results of this fermentation treatment have a higher proximate test value compared to unfermented control hotong beans. Conclusion: The best treatment from this study is hotong seeds with fermented yeast tape. Suggestion: It is suggested that for future research, it is necessary to design the treatment of fermentation and use a starter of bacteria (BAL) to be able to get different results and statistical tests can be carried out to be able to see meaningful differences between treatments.
