Abstract

Educational providers, either in institution or learning process, have goals that must be achieved. Therefore, educational goals cannot be separated from the targets of the institution. Besides the urgency, the goals are able to direct the educators in running any educational activities. In Islamic concept, education is for the entire life of human. That is why the last goals of Islamic education is similar to the goals of human being. Both of them have roles as Allah's creature and khalifah fil Ardh. There are four Islamic educational goals based on QS Az-Zumar verse 9. The first goal is obedience to Allah and Rasullulah. The second one is the change for positive things. The third goal is being afraid of bad luck (azab) from Allah. The fourth one is wishing for blessings from Allah. Keyword : Islamic Education, Purpose

Abstract

This community service is to optimize the position and function of the mosque as not merely a location for worship rituals, but also a place of education, such as religious education (Madrasah Diniyah), tutoring (Bimbingan Belajar), Al-Quran education park (Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran). Since some of the Suci people at the Glundengan village are very busy with work and other activities, they have lack of attention on their religious affairs. By announcing the five prayer at the Al-Ikhlash Mosque, this community service which is based on PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach as a methodological approach is to arouse the community's enthusiasm to pray in the Mosque, and we provide an example to enliven the congregation at the mosque. The most of Glundengan people have lower educational level, which can be seen from the lack of undergraduate graduates, and this situation has caused any migration to town. The program of ‘refunctionalizing’ mosque is important, since there is also Christian religious worship in Glundengan, a church located in RT 2, which is not far from the mosque.

Abstract

Perkembangan motorik merupakan salah satu aspek perkembangan AUD yang harus diperhatikan. Perkembangan motorik ini terbagi menjadi dan salah satu aspek perkembangan AUD yang harus diperhatikan juga. Perkembangan motorik ini terbagi menjadi dua yakni perkembangan motorik kasar dan halus. Perkembangan motorik kasar melibatkan otot besar sedangkan perkembangan motorik halus melibatkan otot kecil. Untuk perkembangan motorik halus dapat ditingkatkan salah satunya adalah dengan kegiatan meronce. Kegiatan meronce yang peneliti pilih adalah kegiatan meronce dengan menggunakan bahan daur ulang yakni sedotan. Penelitian ini adalah Classroom Action Research yang dilaksanakan di RA Mutiara Hati kelompok B dengan rentan usia 5-6 tahun. Data menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan motorik halus anak RA Mutiara Hati pada kelompok B masih rendah. Dari 16 siswa, hampir keseluruhannya berada pada kategori BB (Belum Berkembang) dan MB (Mulai Berkembang). Kegiatan meronce dengan bahan daur ulang ini mampu meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak yakni dari pra siklus/pra tindakan ke siklus pertama sebesar 35,9 %, dan dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua sebesar 16,725 %

Abstract

Cognitive is a child's ability to think or know something. Cognitive development refers to the ability of a child to understand something. Cognitive is a process and product of the mind for knowledge in mental activities such as remembering, symbolizing, categorizing, solving problems, creating, and fantasizing. Given the importance of cognitive development for children, teachers and parents are very important and responsible for carrying out educational interactions in developing students' cognitive abilities. The focus of the research in this study is 1) How to improve the cognitive ability of early childhood in the symbolic thinking aspect?, 2) How to increase the cognitive ability of early childhood in the egocentric thinking aspect?, and 3) How to increase cognitive ability in early childhood in intuitive thinking aspect?. This study indicates the escalation of cognitive abilities in early childhood using number cards with the following details: 1) Improved cognitive abilities of symbolic thinking aspects by using imagination techniques (Imaginative Thinking). 2) Increasing the cognitive ability of egocentric thinking by using imagination techniques and egocentric language (Imaginative Thinking and egocentric language). 3) Increasing cognitive abilities in intuitive thinking aspects, namely by providing direct experience to children (experience directly)

Abstract

Anak adalah manusia kecil yang memiliki potensi yang masih harus dikembangkan. Anak memiliki karakterstik yang khas yang tidak sama dengan orang dewasa, anak selalu aktif, antusias dan ingin tahu terhadap apa yang dilihat, didengar dan dirasakan, mereka seolah-olah tak pernah berhenti bereksprorasi dan belajar. Anak usia dini merupakan individu yang sedang menjalani suatu proses perkembangan dengan pesat bagi kehidupan selanjutnya. Motorik kasar adalah gerakan yang membutuhkan koordinasi sebagian besar tubuh sedangkan bermain dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar, salah satunya yang dapat dilakukan dengan bermain lempar tangkap bola besar. Adapun fokus penelitian ini yakni: 1) Bagaimana perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan motorik kasar anak unsur kekuatan melalui permainan lempar tangkap bola besar?; dan 2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan peningkatan motorik kasar anak unsur kekuatan melalui permainan lempar tangkap bola besar? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tentang keadaan di tempat penelitian dengan menggunakan rangkaian kata-kata dan kalimat, dengan subyek penelitiannya menggunakan purposive.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman dengan langkah-langkah secara kondensasi data, menyajikan data dan verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan.Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Perencanaan yang dilakukan yakni menentukan pokok bahasan, menyusun Rencana Kegiatan Harian (RPH), menyediakan alat bantu, menjelaskan teknik permainan, menyiapkan lembar evaluasi. 2) Pelaksanaan adalah: a) Gurumemberikan apresiasi dan memotivasi peserta didik serta menjelaskan langkah-langkah permainan; b) Melakakukan pemanasan; c) Anak bisa mengambil, melempar, menangkap dan membawa bola; d) Guru menjelaskan tentang cara bermain lempar tangkap bola besar. Abstract

Pendidikan pada masa usia dini merupakan kondisi yang peka karena pada masa ini terjadi pematangan fungsi fisik dan psikis yang siap merespon lingkungan dan menginternalisasikan ke dalam dirinya. Pada masa ini berada pada masa golden age  dikarenakan pada masa ini terjadi perkembangan fisik dan psikis yang sangat menakjubkan dan terbaik di sepanjang hidupnya. Sebagai upaya dalam peningkatan dan penguatan profesionalitas guru PAUD maka perlu diberikan pendampingan terkait dengan psikologi perkembangan anak usia dini guru PAUD. Adapun metode pendampingan yang digunakan adalah metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Pendampingan ini dilaksanakan di komunitas guru PAUD di KB Mawar 2 Kemiri Panti Jember. Asset yang paling utama untuk dikembangkan di Komunitas Guru PAUD  KB Mawar 2 Desa Kemiri Kecamatan Panti Kabupaten Jember adalah individu SDM yang sudah menguasi kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran namun belum bisa menerapkannya secara maksimal dan belum bisa mengembangkan kratifitasnya dalam pembuatan APE Inovatif. Karena aset tersebut sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pembelajaran dan kondisi lingkungan sekolah yang edukatif dan Menyenangkan. Adapun hasil pengabdian di Komunitas Guru PAUD  KB Mawar 2 Dusun Delima Desa Kemiri Kecamatan Panti Kabupaten Jember yaitu meningkatnya kualitas guru pada pengelolaan pembelajaran dalam pengembangan psikologis anak.

Abstract

Multiculturalism is a nation's priceless wealth, as a potential that must be developed and fostered; otherwise, if this diversity is not developed and nurtured correctly, it will grow into something frightening that impacts intolerance between communities. This research was conducted in formal institutions at the early childhood level. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the theory of Miles and Huberman, namely data condensation, data presentation, and inference. This research concludes that the multicultural model in religion can be implemented in three forms: Content Integration, Equitable Pedagogy, and Empowering School Culture and Social Structure. First, this Content Integration can be carried out with the learning center model by providing examples that occur in everyday life from various points of view; this activity is structured in three stages: opening, core, and closing. Second, in applying equitable pedagogical education, namely praying according to their respective beliefs, there is no difference between Muslim and non-Muslim students. Still, activities that contain religious elements are carried out differently. Third, in applying cultural empowerment, empowering school culture and the social structure includes routine and exemplary habituation activities.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship departs from the concept of human independence in solving the problems at hand. In entrepreneurship, humans try to get out of life's problems. They turn uncertainty into promising opportunities. The human ability to turn challenges into economic opportunities has existed since their existence in the world. They live, develop and progress on the principle of independence. Every effort was made to meet the needs of his life. This study was carried out by RA Ulul Albab, located at Bumi Mangli Permai Jember. Women's leadership at RA Ulul Albab has gotten awards and has innovations in developing an entrepreneurial spirit in early childhood. The application of AUD's entrepreneurial spirit will not be separated from the role of the leader. This study uses a qualitative approach; the technique used in selecting informants is purposive. This means determining informants according to selected criteria relevant to the research problem. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis followed the method Milles and Huberman proposed: data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. The validity of the data used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The focus of the research is 1) How does women's leadership make the innovations in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of Early Childhood?; 2) How is the leadership behaviour of women in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of Early Childhood? The results of the research are 1) The innovation carried out by the principal of RA Ulul Albab in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of Early Childhood is carried out in two steps, namely: a) Thinking New Thing; b) Doing New Things; 2) Management by Exception-Active, a figure who is active and firm in paying attention to the implementation of the duties of teachers so as not to make mistakes or failures. Supervising leaders who always supervise and motivate teachers and Management by Self-protective-spiritual, leaders who have more orientations based on brotherly relationships and low levels of selfishness, leaders who are inspirational visionary, and prioritize Collaborative team orientation, honest leaders and trust.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the strategy at SMPN 2 Jember to avoid problems regarding Moral Degradation. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the cultivation of student discipline begins when new students enter the school, namely through MOS (Student Orientation Period) activities. In this activity, students were also introduced to the rampant problem of Moral Degradation in Indonesia and the negative impacts caused by this moral Degradation. From the results of this study, researchers were also able to find out the applicable system for dealing with children who violated it, namely by using a point system.

Abstract

The millennial santri generation has great potential in advancing a moderate Islamic civilization that is inclusive and progressive. However, challenges related to the lack of digital literacy among students are an obstacle to utilizing technology for positive purposes. This service aims to provide assistance and development of digital literacy to the millennial generation of students with an integrated approach with moderate Islamic values ​​and the concept of social entrepreneurship. The methodusedin this service is community development. The communities being developed are the students of Al-Qodiri Islamic Boarding School Jember and the students of Al-Barokah An-Nur Islamic Boarding School Jember. Techniques used in implementing community development methods. Based on the results of the assistance carried out at the Al-Qodiri Jember Islamic Boarding School and the Al-Barokah An-Nur Jember Islamic Boarding School, it can be concluded that the quality of students at the two Islamic boarding schools has improved.on aspects of digital literacy based on social entrepreneurshipit will not be successful if there is no cooperation and active participation from the mentoring subjects, associations and institutions that contribute actively to the Al-Qodiri Jember Islamic Boarding School and the Al-Barokah An-Nur Jember Islamic Boarding School as well as donors who have contributed sincerely. The implementation of mentoring runs effectively and efficiently because it results in developing the quality of HR assetsSantri on aspects of digital literacy knowledge and skills based on social entrepreneurship within the frame of Moderate Islam. In line with the implementation of assistance, the quality of management continues to increaseInstagram and FB Santri DigitalPreneur which contains activities social entrepreneurship within the frame of Moderate Islam.
