Abstract

There are officials who are lazy because of the lack of awareness of Talang Semut Village officials in community empowerment. There is a significant gap between expectations and reality in the involvement and support of Villages officials. This study aims to analyze the role of the Talang Semut Village apparatus in the implementation of community empowerment in Kedaung Village. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in research are observation, interviews and documentation. This study was analyzed using Soekanto's role theory (2012: 213), namely roles include norms associated with a person's position or place in society; behavior carried out by individuals in society as an organization; and individual behavior that is important to the social structure of society. The results of the study found that the Talang Semut Village apparatus played a role in community empowerment, seen from the three indicators, namely the norms of the Talang Semut Village apparatus which became the basis for community empowerment, namely openness and transparency, justice and equality, active community participation, sustainability and responsibility, collaboration and partnership and responsive to community needs. These norms have been successfully implemented and used as a benchmark in implementing the role of apparatus in community empowerment. The behavior of Talang Semut Villages officials has been successful in empowering the community, although it is considered weak because no data has been found to support arguments. However, efforts to increase community participation, identification of problems and needs, program planning, program implementation, as well as evaluation and monitoring carried out by village officials have had a positive impact and empowered the community effectively. The important behavior of individuals in the social structure of society has been successful which is reflected in the positive impact felt by the community. Communities experience increased access to public services, improved quality of life, increased participation in decision-making, and increased involvement in social and economic activities.

Abstract

Abstrak : Perkembangan industri fesyen di Indonesia menuntut pelaku clothing line di Indonesia harus memiliki identitas dan keunikan yang dapat dikomunikasikan kepada konsumen. Salah satu clothing line asal Jakarta Barat yaitu Peanut Stain ikut serta dalam perkembangan industri fesyen dengan membuat merek clothing line baru yang bernama My Neighbor is A Space Ginger, namun kurangnya media brand communication membuat brand tersebut sulit untuk mengkomunikasikan dan menginformasikan keunikan yang dimiliki. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini adalah sebagai dasar dalam perancangan media brand communication untuk clothing line My Neighbor is A Space Ginger. Perancangan dilakukan dengan metode observasi clothing line yang bersangkuttan, wawancara narasumber, wawancara pelanggan, dan menganalisa data tersebut menggunakan pendekatan dasar teori branding. Penelitian ini berbasis project base dengan output media online seperti feeds dan reels di media sosial Instagram dan media cetak seperti packaging, sticker, dan merchandise. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang media brand communication yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan awareness clothing line My Neighbor is A Space Ginger dalam rangka penganekaragaman pasar clothing line di Indonesia. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the amount of additional employee income based on position class for civil servants/CPNS in the South Sumatra Provincial Government. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach which focuses on observations or observations first, then continues with drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show that the policy of providing additional employees in the Sumatra Province does not violate Law Number 1 of 2022, this is because it does not exceed the maximum limit of the provisions stipulated in this regulation, namely 30% of the total APBD expenditure. The percentage of government personnel expenditure is only 20.85%; which means that the policy on the amount of Additional Employee Income (TPP) within the South Sumatra Provincial Government should not interfere with other development budget allocations. However, this research found the fact that the payment of additional income towards the end of the year was delayed, and the productivity of the regional government of South Sumatra Province in regional development decreased, this was closely related to regional budget limitations caused by the regional expenditure ceiling being larger than the regional income ceiling.
