Abstract

Its media start-up strategy is important to pay close attention to the sustainability of the company. The selection of the right and effective strategy is able to support the promotion of business carried out by the company to achieve its vision and mission. The development of internet of things (IoT)-based technology is rapidly accelerating in the digital world, which can bring abundant benefits. Media start-ups certainly see this gap as a lucrative business promotion medium. In addition to making, it easier in the field of promotion, the price offered is also cheaper and can reach all corners. This study was conducted with a descriptive qualitative method in the form of literature studies obtained from journals and scientific articles. The results obtained show the right and effective strategy by observing the prevailing digital trends, knowing the success rate of digital marketing campaigns, and preparing a business promotion plan.

Abstract

The social norms and laws that govern society are taught using music as a medium. Because the composer must take into account and abide by the rules, ethics, and specific technical signs that are associated with music as a communication medium. However, it is believed that Indonesia's copyright legislation still pays scant attention to global competition and the explosive expansion of the creative industries. One of the areas of intellectual property that is most at risk from increasingly sophisticated violations carried out in line with the sophistication of computer technology is copyright. Due to plagiarism controversies that have occurred, many cases have affected a number of musicians in Indonesia. Many musicians acknowledge that they intentionally create music that is as similar as they can be because they have commercial goals because the stolen music sells well in the market. Mass communication studies have helped to identify plagiarism in the music industry, and improvements in information and technology have made it simpler for audiences to spot it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempelajari bagaimana strategi branding dalam acara live music mempengaruhi persepsi dan keterlibatan audiens. Perubahan dalam industri musik yang dipengaruhi oleh teknologi dan perilakuaudiens adalah subjek dari penelitian ini. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari komponen branding penting seperti logo, tema, dan interaksi sosial serta mengetahui bagaimana merekaberdampak pada pengalaman audiens. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dan melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan audiens dan penyelenggara acara. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan branding yang relevan dan konsisten dapat meningkatkan persepsi audiens dan menciptakan keterlibatan emosional yang kuat. Konser kecil lebih menekankan pada hubungan antara artis dan penonton, sementara festival besar lebih menekankan pengalaman bersama, yang keduanya meningkatkan kepuasan audiens

Abstract

A&R atau Artists & Repertoire A&R adalah bagian di dalam label rekaman atau organisasi penerbitan kreatif yang bertugas merekrut artis (atau band) untuk label tersebut. Selain itu, mereka bertanggung jawab atas pertumbuhan kreatif dan komersial artis (atau band). Lebih penting lagi, mereka harus menjadi penghubung antara artis atau band dengan perusahaan rekaman atau label rekaman. Untuk menjadi seorang A&R harus  menghilangkan egoistis dalam mencari talenta baru dan mempunyai mempunyai intuisi yang bagus dalam memilah lagu. Jadi sebenarnya apakah Peran A& R dalam Industri Musik dan pentingkah posisi ini di dalam manajemen industry music?

Abstract

With the entry of new business models such as crowdfunding in the digital age, the film industry has undergone a major transformation. Independent films can get funding directly from their potential audiences because Hollywood's traditional business model has spread to variouscountries around the world, and with the advent of new equipment and distribution platforms, film production has become cheaper. Independent filmmakers have the opportunity to interact directly with their audience through crowdfunding, which allows for filmmaking with diverse viewpoints and narratives. However, there are issues such as attracting and retaining the interest of backers as well as the possible risk of return on investment for backers. With data analysis methods and case studies This research investigates the evolution of film business models, the influence of crowdfunding on diversity of content and viewpoints, interactions between filmmakers and audiences, and changes in interactions between filmmakers and audiences.

Abstract

In today's digital era, technological advances have brought major changes in various fields, such as the creative economy. The emergence of crowdfunding platforms and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) as creativeoptions for creative funding is one of the latest developments. Artists, musicians, and other creators have seen how they advertise their work by using NFTs which are unique asset holdings on the blockchain. Incontrast, crowdfunding platforms like Patreon and Kickstarter allow creators to get funding directly from their fans without using conventional intermediaries. The purpose of this research is to find the problems and prospects faced by investors and creators when using NFTs and crowdfunding. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used, with case studies and secondary data analysis. The results show that the main challenges to be faced include legal and regulatory uncertainty, marketvolatility, copyright infringement, digital divide, high transaction costs, and environmental impact. Uncertainty regarding ownership rights and consumer protection is caused by regulatory uncertainty.Both creators and investors face significant risks due to the volatility of the NFT market. The case of plagiarism in NFTs shows that copyright must be strengthened. Some creators cannot use this technology due to the limitations of digital technology. A more environmentally friendly solution is also needed due to the high transaction fees and the impact of the Ethereum blockchain on the environment. In addition, many creators still have difficulty maintaining crowdfunding funding.
