Abstract

Posyandu bertujuan untuk memantau kesehatan dan pertumbuhan anak. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan di posyandu manektob setiap bulan sekali adalah penimbangan berat badan dan pengukuran tinggi badan setiap tiga bulan sekali. Petugas posyandu menggunakan Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS) untuk mengetahui status gizi balita. Dimana saat menentukan status gizi balita dibutuhkan ketelitian saat menarik grafik agar tidak salah dalam menarik grafik status gizi balita. Hal tersebut membuat para petugas posyandu harus memiliki ketelitian lebih agar dapat memberikaan kesimpulan mengenai status gizi balita.. Sehingga pada penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam pemantauan kesehatan balita di posyandu manektob. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibuat menggunakan metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment (WASPAS) dengan kriteria berdasarkan standar antropometri anak yaitu (berat badan menurut umur (BB/U), panjang/tinggi badan menurut umur (PB/U atau TB/U), berat badan menurut panjang atau tinggi badan (BB/PB atau BB/TB) dan indeks massa tubuh menurut umur (IMT/U)) berdasarkan Keputusan Mentri Kesehatan Nomor 1995 MENKES SK XII 2010. Metode WASPAS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengurangi kesalahan dan mengoptimalkan proses pengukuran. Pembuatan SPK mengikuti tahapan metode waterfall dan pemodelan sistem menggunakan unified modeling languange (UML). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu memberikan solusi yang praktis dan efektif dalam penilaian status gizi balita di posyandu manektob

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a Web-Based Geometry Application Information System as an interactive learning medium. The application is crafted to enhance students' understanding of geometric concepts through the use of interactive and visual web technology. The system development method involves stages such as needs analysis, interface design, application development, and user evaluation. The application provides various learning concepts, including basic geometry, area calculations, and visual simulations to aid students in grasping geometric abstractions. Evaluation is conducted through field trials involving students and teachers, focusing on learning effectiveness, user interface, and user satisfaction. The research outcomes are expected to contribute to the development of innovative mathematics learning technology, facilitating the geometry learning process.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu Pemerintah Desa Raiulun dalam menentukan prioritas penggunaan dana desa secara objektif dan efisien. Selama ini proses penentuan prioritas dilakukan secara manual melalui musyawarah, sehingga sering menimbulkan subjektivitas dan kurang tepat sasaran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem yang dikembangkan berbentuk aplikasi desktop yang menilai beberapa alternatif kegiatan berdasarkan lima kriteria, yaitu manfaat bagi masyarakat, biaya pelaksanaan, waktu pelaksanaan, ketersediaan sumber daya lokal, dan keberlanjutan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa alternatif dengan nilai tertinggi dan menjadi prioritas utama adalah pembangunan bak air. Penerapan metode MFEP terbukti mampu membantu perangkat desa dalam menentukan prioritas penggunaan dana desa secara lebih cepat, objektif, dan transparan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data di tingkat desa.

Abstract

Learning for children with intellectual disabilities requires adaptive and engaging instructional media, particularly within the context of inclusive education. However, learning activities at SLB Bhakti Luhur Atambua still face challenges due to the limited number of educators and the use of conventional teaching methods, creating a need for more interactive learning media. This study aims to develop an Android-based educational application named KenaliKu as an interactive learning medium to introduce body parts, colors, and facial expressions. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Incremental model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, and final release stages. System evaluation was conducted through Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Black Box Testing was performed by three experts in the field of Information Technology to evaluate system functionality, while User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involved 18 respondents consisting of students, teachers, and parents. The results of Black Box Testing indicate that all system functions operated according to the specified requirements, while User Acceptance Testing (UAT) obtained an average score of 96.18%, categorized as very good. These findings indicate that KenaliKu was successfully developed using the Incremental model and is functionally feasible as an educational application for children with intellectual disabilities. The high UAT score demonstrates positive user acceptance, while the application provides an interactive and user-friendly learning environment that has the potential to support the learning process and inclusive education practices.
