Considering this, it is natural for every business actor to prepare themselves to facilitate tourists' needs in providing accommodation, transportation, food and so on so that they are able to compete with other tourist destinations in NTB. For this reason, it is felt that MSME actors really need to design, manage and develop products to improve the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in order to increase independent and sustainable community income. Forms of MSME concentration related to product development are operational permits in the form of Business Identification Number (NIB) registration, Home Industry Food Certification (PIRT) and Halal certification. The aim of this service activity is to strengthen the awareness and expertise of MSME players in fulfilling predetermined regulations and quality standards. The training carried out included conducting outreach to provide information on the opportunities and benefits of registering for NIB, PIRT and Halal certification. Apart from that, MSMEs are also given training on how to process Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), which is one of the mainstay commodities in the village. The result of this service activity is that MSME players have much better knowledge and understanding of the importance of compliance with regulations and quality standards. The implementation of NIB, PIRT and halal certification on products in Tete Batu village has had a positive impact on the level of consumer confidence and reached a wider market. keyword: NIB; PIRT; halal; VCO

Abstract

This study analyzes the brand image of the Lembah Hijau tourist attraction in East Lombok Regency by examining aspects such as favorability, strength, and uniqueness of brand associations. The research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, focusing on Ijobalit Village where the attraction is located. Data were collected through interviews with nine informants who possess substantial knowledge about Lembah Hijau. Findings indicate that while accessibility is convenient and the attraction's name is easy to remember and pronounce, facilities are insufficient, and maintenance is suboptimal. Although the environment offers picturesque, safe, and serene views, visitor services require improvement. The study suggests optimizing promotional strategies to increase awareness across local and external communities.
