Abstract

Abstract : This study, entitled "Analysis of Behavior Aggressiveness Elementary School Grade V 001 Simpang Kanan The Love Watch Movies LagaTahun Doctrine 2014/2015". Based on observations conducted by researchers frequent commotion in class at the time of learning for students taunted each other among themselves. And most students who taunted each other are students who like to watch action movies.The aim of this study were: 1). To determine the general picture aggressiveness Elementary School fifth grade students 001 Simpang Kanan who like to watch action movies. 2). To describe the emotional verbal aggressiveness Elementary School fifth grade students 001 Simpang Kanan who like to watch action movies. 3). To describe the physical aggressiveness social Elementary School fifth grade students 001 Simpang Kanan who like to watch action movies. 4). To describe the physical aggressiveness asocial Elementary School fifth grade students 001 Simpang Kanan who like to watch action movies. 5). To find a picture of the destructive aggressiveness of public school students of class V 001 Simpang Kanan who like to watch action movies.The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were students of class V Elementary School 001 Simpang Kanan. Sample using sampling techniques that all members of the population is sampled.The results of the study are as follows: 1) In general picture of aggressiveness Elementary School fifth grade students 001 Simpang Kanan is low. 2) Judging from Emotional Verbal Aggressiveness level of aggressiveness Elementary School fifth grade students 001 Simpang Kanan who love to watch action movies were moderate. Form of emotional verbal aggressiveness among others: Anger, hate, fight, insulting and ridiculous. 3) In terms of social physical aggressiveness aggressiveness level Elementary School fifth grade students 001 Simpang Kanan is low. Social forms of physical aggression among others: fight, attack, and be harsh. 4) In terms of physical aggressiveness aggressiveness level asocial Elementary School fifth grade students 001 Simpang Kanan who like action films is low. Asocial form of physical aggression among others: demand the money, lying, and stealing. 5) In terms of destructive aggressiveness aggressiveness level Elementary School fifth grade students classified rendah.bentuk 001 Simpang Kanan destructive aggressiveness among others: kill animals, torture and self-destructive. Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether the Job Satisfaction has a positive correlation with the performance of employees at PT. Multi Lines of Work Abdillah Samarinda.            The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables with the variable Job Satisfaction Employee Performance At PT. Multi Lines of Work Abdillah Samarinda. It inidapat known from the results of statistical tests in which the correlation coefficient (r) is equal to 0.658, which means there is a strong and positive relationship between the two variables, because the result is greater than the table of critical prices Product Moment Correlation coefficients (Pearson) for n = 20 at the 5% significance level, yaitu0, 444 or it can also be said that rhit = 0.658> = 0.444 rtab Meanwhile if the results were compared with tables provide guidelines for the interpretation of the Product Moment Correlation coefficient, as stated in Chapter III, the results the calculations are in the interval from 0.60 to 0.799, which means that there is a strong relationship between the variables Job Satisfaction with the performance variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan : (1) Peran Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara dalam Pemenuhan Hak Orang Gangguan jiwa dan (2) apasaja kendala pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara dalam Pemenuhan Hak Orang Gangguan dengan Jiwa. Metode penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah Peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam pemenuhan hak orang dengan gangguan jiwa yang di latar belakangi tingginya orang dengan gangguan jiwa dirantai dan dipasung. hal ini dikarenakan tidak adanya perhatian Pemerintah yang memberikan pengobatan serta rehabilitasi kepada orang dengan gangguan jiwa tersebut. Regulasi yang Tidak ada menyebabkan tidak ada turunan kebijakan berupa SOP dalam melakukan pelayanan kepada orang dengan gangguan jiwa, Masalah lainnya terletak pada sarana maupun pada fasilitas pendukung lainnya seperti obat-obatan untuk orang dengan gangguan jiwa yang minim, tidak adanya rumah rehabilitasi, Rumah sakit jiwa yang sulit terjangkau serta tidak ada perlindungan dari setiap bentuk penelantaran, kekerasan terhadap orang dengan gangguan jiwa

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan aktifitas kerja di area perkebunan perlu ada pengendalian secara maksimal berupa sumberdaya manusia yang handal dalam mengelolaan perkerjaan fisik. Hal tersebut merupakan tantangan bagi seorang asisten di perusahaan perkebunan dalam mengelola ketrampilan komunikasi saat mengatur staf atau bawahannya di perusahaan perkebunan Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitiannya adalah perkebunan di Sumatera Utara. Temuan penelitian adalah personal yang menjabat sebagai asisten kebun tidak cukup hanya memiliki ketrampilan dalam bidang pengelolaan tanaman sawit dan karet saja namun juga dibutuhkan kemampuan mengatur dan mengelola bawahan. Mereka perlu memahami bahwa hubungan kerja antara asisten dan bawahannya menimbulkan relasi dalam bentuk valensi dihadapkan dengan harapan dan instrumentalisasi dapat menimbbulkan motivasi kerja para bawahan.

Abstract

The milling process is one of the essential techniques in the manufacturing industry used to produce components using milling machines. For engineering or manufacturing science students, understanding the milling process is relevant and valuable. The milling process is commonly used in various industrial sectors, including automotive, aircraft, energy, etc. Understanding the basic principles and techniques of the milling process will provide a solid foundation for students to develop careers in these various industries. The milling process involves the use of a milling machine. Students skilled in operating these machines will have a competitive advantage in the world of work. They will be able to contribute to product development, tool design, and efficient manufacturing processes. Students will learn how to read and understand technical drawings, choose the right cutting tools, as well as workpiece measurement techniques prior to the milling process. This capability will broaden their understanding of product engineering and design. The results of the training showed that almost all students were able to perform basic techniques in the milling process, as evidenced by their ability to produce products according to the technical drawings provided.

Abstract

This study was based on the increasing prevalence of drug use. The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) seeks rescue through rehabilitation, divided into inpatient and outpatient. At the North Sumatra Provincial Narcotics Agency (BNNP Sumut), outpatient is used to guide drug users to be aware and responsible. Therapeutic communication is the main method in BNN's outpatient rehabilitation. This study aims to explore the experience of doctors in assisting the recovery of drug users in BNNP North Sumatra and their communication process in healing. The qualitative descriptive method was used with 7 informants from doctors and counselors of BNNP Sumut. Data were collected through observation and interviews. Doctors identify factors that trigger drug use, both external (friends, family) and internal (family problems). This is the basis for the therapeutic communication approach in accompanying clients. The client's recovery process goes through the stages of therapeutic communication, starting from pre-interaction, orientation, work, to termination.

Abstract

Infeksi kecacingan mengakibatkan infeksi menahun yang berlanjut khususnya pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Resiko tertinggi kecacingan pada anak-anak, dikarenakan pada usia tersebut belum memahami untuk memelihara kebersihan pribadinyanya dan pada usia ini anak makin banyak melakukan aktifitas menggunakan tanah, sehinga resiko tertular semakin tinggi. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran bercerita yang dapat merangsang rasa ingin tahu dan minat anak terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini meningkatkan pengetahuan para peserta tentang infeksi kecacingan, sanitasi dan hygiene makanan dan lingkungan Pengabdian masyarakat ini diadakan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Sholihin Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Jumlah peserta pengabdiaan sebanyak 106 siswa dengan rincian siswa kelas IV berjumlah 35 orang (33 %), Kelas V berjumlah 33 orang (31%) dan kelas VI berjumlah 38 orang (36%). Dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahun siswa, terlihat dari hasil post test siswa yang meningkat, diharapkan dengan adanya pengabdian ini, kita dapat bersama menyukseskan progam pemerintah dalam bidang transformasi kesehatan.

Abstract

This study examines the limitations of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine facilities owned by the Department of Mechanical Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Medan (JPTM FT UNIMED) which are obstacles for students in improving competence. From these problems, alternatives and solutions are needed, namely, utilizing the Nanjing Swansoft simulator software to improve the competence of CNC machining techniques. The lack of CNC machine facilities used in learning CNC machining engineering courses at JPTM FT UNIMED so research on this problem is still needed. This study aims to produce a video tutorial on how to operate a CNC machine using a Nanjing Swansoft simulator based on a YouTube channel. This study aims to produce a video tutorial on how to operate a CNC machine using a nanjing swansoft simulator based on a YouTube channel. The type of research used is research and development (Research and Development) from Borg and Gall. The feasibility of the product was carried out by validating media experts, material experts, learning design experts, small group tests, and field trials for students of JPTM FT UNIMED. Based on the results of product validation, the percentage of media expert assessment results is 92%, a material expert is 91%, and a learning design expert is 92%. Student responses in small group trials obtained a percentage of 92% and 93% in field trials. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the CNC Practice Video Tutorial Using the Nanjing Swansoft Simulator Based on the YouTube Channel that has been developed is feasible to be used as an alternative media for online learning for students of the Department of Mechanical Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between Interpersonal Communication of Teachers and Students' Learning Motivation at Teladan Ghupy Middle School. The sample for this study consisted of 98 first-grade students. Learning motivation was measured based on characteristics such as diligence in facing tasks, perseverance in overcoming difficulties, showing interest in various problems, preferring to work independently, quickly getting bored with repetitive tasks, being able to maintain opinions, and not easily letting go of what is believed. Interpersonal communication in this study was measured based on Interpersonal Communication Aspects, including Openness, Empathy, Supportive Attitude, Positive Attitude, and Equality. The results of the analysis using the product moment correlation showed a positive relationship between interpersonal communication and learning motivation. This is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.890, with a significant value of p = 0.007 0.05. The coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.791, indicating that interpersonal communication contributes to learning motivation by 79.10%.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan literasi informasi di Taman Baca Masyarakat Literasi Sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat di Taman Bacaan Masyarakat Literasi Sosial yaitu kunjungan dan pelatihan langsung di lokasi. Peserta yang terlibat dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari 25 orang peserta dan panitia. Materi yang diberikan yaitu mengenai literasi informasi dan pemanfaatan taman baca masyarat.
