Abstract

AbstrakKegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Plus di Pondok Pesantren Kebon Jambu Al Islamy bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial pesantren dan literasi digital santri serta pengurusnya. Pesantren ini, yang berlokasi di Cirebon, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan dan digitalisasi, terutama karena keterbatasan sumber daya dan pengetahuan teknologi. Program ini melibatkan 10 mahasiswa Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan sebagai pelaksana utama. Mitra sasaran terdiri dari santri dan pengurus pesantren. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui berbagai metode, termasuk pelatihan, diskusi, pendampingan, praktik, dan lokakarya. Beberapa program utama meliputi pendampingan manajemen sumber daya manusia, pengelolaan keuangan berbasis teknologi, lokakarya perencanaan karier, dan pembuatan SANIBOT, robot sabun otomatis berbasis Arduino. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan manajerial dan literasi digital para peserta. Lebih dari 80% peserta melaporkan peningkatan keterampilan pada bidang yang dilatih, sedangkan SANIBOT memberikan solusi praktis yang mendukung kebersihan di pesantren. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis partisipasi efektif dalam mengatasi kendala manajerial dan teknologi di pesantren. Program ini memiliki potensi untuk direplikasi dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut di pesantren lain guna mendukung transformasi pendidikan berbasis pesantren di era digital. Kata kunci: kuliah kerja nyata; kapasitas manajerial; literasi digital; pesantren. AbstractThe Community Service Program Plus at the Kebon Jambu Al Islamy Islamic Boarding School aimed to enhance the managerial capacity of the pesantren and the digital literacy of its students and administrators. Located in Cirebon, this pesantren faces challenges in management and digitalization, primarily due to limited resources and technological knowledge. The program involved 10 students from the Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan as the primary executors. Targeted partners included students and pesantren administrators. The activities were conducted using various methods, including training sessions, discussions, mentoring, hands-on practices, and workshops. Key programs included human resource management mentoring, technology-based financial management, career planning workshops, and the creation of SANIBOT, an automatic soap-dispensing robot powered by Arduino. Evaluation results indicated significant improvements in managerial capabilities and digital literacy among the participants. Over 80% of participants reported enhanced skills in their respective fields, while SANIBOT provided practical solutions for maintaining cleanliness at the pesantren. The results of this program demonstrate that participatory approaches effectively address managerial and technological challenges in the pesantren. This program has the potential to be replicated and further developed in other pesantren to support the transformation of Islamic education in the digital era. Keywords: real work lecture; managerial capacity; digital literacy; boarding school.

Abstract

KKN Plus bertujuan untuk meningkatkan manajemen pesantren dan edukasi digital bagi santri di Pondok Pesantren Kebon Jambu di Cirebon dengan fokus pada peningkatan efisiensi administrasi dan keterampilan teknologi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknologi digital di pesantren serta pengetahuan ilmu manajemen  yang menghambat kemampuan mereka untuk bersaing di dunia yang semakin digital. Program ini melibatkan 10 mahasiswa ITB AD dan 100 santri sebagai partisipan. Program kegiatan yang dilaksanakan antara lain: penghitungan kalkulator PPh otomatis, pembuatan master pembukuan akuntansi, pengenalan coding, pembuatan dispenser sabun otomatis, mendesain kemasan usaha, dan membuat denah pesantren. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan praktik. Berdasarkan hasil pre test dan post test terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta di setiap program. Berdasarkan survey evaluasi kegiatan 73,6% peserta menyatakan sangat puas, 20% menyatakan puas, dan hanya 6,4% menyatakan netral. KKN Plus ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam manajemen dilingkungan pesantren dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan serta daya saing lulusan pesantren di era digital. Technology and Management Based Community Service Lecture at Pondok Kebon Jambu Al-Islamy Cirebon Abstract KKN Plus aims to improve Islamic boarding school management and digital education for students at the Kebon Jambu Islamic Boarding School in Cirebon with a focus on improving administrative efficiency and technological skills. The main problem faced is the lack of knowledge and skills in digital technology in Islamic boarding schools as well as knowledge of management science that hinders their ability to compete in an increasingly digital world. This program involves 10 ITB AD students and 100 students as participants. The program activities implemented include: automatic PPh calculator calculation, making accounting bookkeeping masters, introduction to coding, making automatic soap dispensers, designing business packaging, and making Islamic boarding school plans. The methods used are counseling and practice. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, there was an increase in participant knowledge in each program. Based on the activity evaluation survey, 73.6% of participants stated that they were very satisfied, 20% stated that they were satisfied, and only 6.4% stated that they were neutral. KKN Plus concludes that the integration of technology in management in Islamic boarding schools can improve the quality of education and the competitiveness of Islamic boarding school graduates in the digital era.
