Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and inflation on Non-Cyclical Consumer Sector Companies. The data used in this study are the 2017-2019 financial statements of 45 companies listed on the IDX and inflation data at BI. Capital Structure is proxied by Debt to Equity (DER), Profitability is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), liquidity is proxied by Current Ratio (CR), and Inflation is measured by consumer price index (CPI), Company Size is proxied by Total Assets as a variable control . The results of this study are partially profitability has a negative effect (coefficient value -1.68) and significant alpha 5% (0.000 <0.05), Liquidity has a negative effect (coefficient value -9.22) and significant alpha 5% (0.000 < 0.05). Inflation has a positive effect (coefficient value 20.291) and a significant alpha 10% (0.094 <0.10). Profitability, liquidity, and inflation together affect the capital structure and have a contribution of 68.4% % (coefficient of determination R2 = 0.684).

Abstract

Kampanye tumbler telah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran siswa dan komunitas sekolah tentang dampak negatif limbah plastik terhadap lingkungan. Melalui kampanye ini, pola konsumsi siswa dan seluruh entitas sekolah mengalami perubahan positif, dengan lebih banyak orang beralih dari penggunaan plastik sekali pakai ke penggunaan tumbler yang ramah lingkungan. Komitmen siswa terhadap penggunaan tumbler mencapai 93%, yang membuktikan pentingnya pendidikan dalam membentuk perilaku berkelanjutan dan gaya hidup ramah lingkungan. Kampanye ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya tumbler sebagai alternatif pengganti plastik sekali pakai, serta diharapkan dapat mendorong sekolah untuk menerapkan kebijakan pengurangan limbah plastik di lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan integrasi kampanye tumbler dalam dunia pendidikan, di mana sekolah memiliki kesempatan untuk melibatkan siswa sebagai agen perubahan. Melalui edukasi yang menyeluruh, siswa dapat memahami dampak besar dari perubahan kecil yang mereka lakukan, seperti beralih menggunakan tumbler. Namun, dampak kampanye ini belum dapat diukur secara menyeluruh karena hanya melibatkan dua kelas (X-XI). Agar kegiatan ini dapat berkelanjutan, partisipasi aktif dari guru sangat diperlukan. Kampanye selanjutnya dapat melibatkan orang tua dan masyarakat sekitar sekolah, serta menggunakan konten visual yang menarik untuk menyampaikan pesan lebih efektif.

Abstract

KKN Plus bertujuan untuk meningkatkan manajemen pesantren dan edukasi digital bagi santri di Pondok Pesantren Kebon Jambu di Cirebon dengan fokus pada peningkatan efisiensi administrasi dan keterampilan teknologi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknologi digital di pesantren serta pengetahuan ilmu manajemen  yang menghambat kemampuan mereka untuk bersaing di dunia yang semakin digital. Program ini melibatkan 10 mahasiswa ITB AD dan 100 santri sebagai partisipan. Program kegiatan yang dilaksanakan antara lain: penghitungan kalkulator PPh otomatis, pembuatan master pembukuan akuntansi, pengenalan coding, pembuatan dispenser sabun otomatis, mendesain kemasan usaha, dan membuat denah pesantren. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan praktik. Berdasarkan hasil pre test dan post test terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta di setiap program. Berdasarkan survey evaluasi kegiatan 73,6% peserta menyatakan sangat puas, 20% menyatakan puas, dan hanya 6,4% menyatakan netral. KKN Plus ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam manajemen dilingkungan pesantren dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan serta daya saing lulusan pesantren di era digital. Technology and Management Based Community Service Lecture at Pondok Kebon Jambu Al-Islamy Cirebon Abstract KKN Plus aims to improve Islamic boarding school management and digital education for students at the Kebon Jambu Islamic Boarding School in Cirebon with a focus on improving administrative efficiency and technological skills. The main problem faced is the lack of knowledge and skills in digital technology in Islamic boarding schools as well as knowledge of management science that hinders their ability to compete in an increasingly digital world. This program involves 10 ITB AD students and 100 students as participants. The program activities implemented include: automatic PPh calculator calculation, making accounting bookkeeping masters, introduction to coding, making automatic soap dispensers, designing business packaging, and making Islamic boarding school plans. The methods used are counseling and practice. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, there was an increase in participant knowledge in each program. Based on the activity evaluation survey, 73.6% of participants stated that they were very satisfied, 20% stated that they were satisfied, and only 6.4% stated that they were neutral. KKN Plus concludes that the integration of technology in management in Islamic boarding schools can improve the quality of education and the competitiveness of Islamic boarding school graduates in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis signifikasi perbedaan pergerakan saham-saham syariah yang tergabung dalam Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman Covid 19 di Indonesia pada tanggal 2 Maret 2020 serta menganalisis signifikasi volume perdagangan di pasar modal sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman covid 19 di Indonesia. Dari analisis dan pembahasan dapat diketahui bahwa JII mengalami penurunan secara signifikan setelah pengumuman covid 19 (Sig. 2-tailed sebesar nilai 0,000 dan mean positif 1.61,84. Sedangkan volume trading mengalami kenaikan secara signifikan setelah diumumkan covid 19 di Indonesia (Sig. 2-tailed sebesar nilai 0,000 dan mean -608.745.775,0).

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of corporate governance, technology-based risk management, and reporting transparency on investor confidence in the Indonesian technology industry. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 135 respondents with experience and knowledge related to investment and technology-based firms in Indonesia using a structured questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to examine the relationships among the proposed constructs. The results reveal that corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on investor confidence, indicating that effective governance mechanisms enhance trust and reduce perceived agency problems. Technology-based risk management is also found to positively influence investor confidence, suggesting that the adoption of digital tools and systems for risk identification and mitigation signals organizational resilience and preparedness. Furthermore, reporting transparency demonstrates the strongest positive effect on investor confidence, emphasizing the critical role of clear, accurate, and timely disclosure in reducing information asymmetry. Collectively, the findings suggest that strengthening governance practices, leveraging technology in risk management, and improving reporting transparency are essential strategies for enhancing investor confidence and supporting sustainable growth in Indonesia’s technology sector. This study contributes to the literature on corporate governance and investment behavior in emerging markets and offers practical insights for managers, regulators, and investors.

Abstract

Muslim Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises play a strategic role in promoting local economic empowerment and enhancing community welfare. However, in practice, many business actors still face limited access to capital that complies with Islamic principles as well as a low level of understanding of Islamic financial instruments, including productive waqf. CV. Sarana Teknik Industri, as the program partner, possesses strong social and economic potential through a socially oriented business model, yet has not optimally utilized its assets and resources to support sustainable business development. This community service program aims to strengthen productive waqf literacy among MSME employees in order to promote economic independence based on Islamic values. The methods employed include productive waqf literacy training, mentoring in Islamic financial management, and the design of productive asset management models. Program evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test assessments involving 13 employees, complemented by qualitative observations of changes in participants’ attitudes and social initiatives. The results indicate a 33% increase in participants’ understanding, from an average pre-test score of 52% to 85% in the post-test. Furthermore, participants demonstrated a mindset transformation, as reflected in the emergence of internal initiatives such as the establishment of an employee-based productive waqf program. This program demonstrates that productive waqf literacy not only enhances knowledge but also fosters economic independence, social innovation, and business sustainability among MSMEs. These findings provide a basis for recommending that other Muslim MSMEs integrate productive waqf as a sustainable instrument for economic empowerment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Abdimas ini bertujuan menjawab permasalahan UMKM LAMBUNG Ekstrak Kunyit, usaha skala rumahan di Panongan, Tangerang, yang menghadapi keterbatasan dalam segmentasi pasar, pemasaran digital, dan jejaring bisnis. Ketiga pelatihan tersebut penting karena potensi pasar yang terus meningkat seiring kesadaran masyarakat akan gaya hidup sehat. Persaingan produk sejenis sudah lebih terstandar dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, maka dari itu UMKM ini perlu adanya pelatihan yang sama (pemanfaatan teknologi digital) sehingga dapat beradaptasi dipersaingan pasar. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen dan pemasaran mitra melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis teknologi digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, workshop, dan pendampingan langsung dengan evaluasi melalui metode observasi dan kuesioner angket Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 3 Dosen, 2 Mahasiswa dan 5 orang dari mitra. Hasil kegiatan yaitu peningkatan pemahaman segmentasi pasar sebesar 78% dan keterampilan pengelolaan digital marketing sebesar 85%. Nilai ekonomis usaha meningkat signifikan dengan kenaikan penjualan daring dari 25 paket/bulan menjadi 62 paket/bulan (148%). Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa intervensi terstruktur berbasis teknologi digital mampu meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM herbal.Abstract: This community service program was designed to address the challenges faced by LAMBUNG Turmeric Extract SME, a home-based business in Panongan, Tangerang, which suffers from limited market segmentation, digital marketing, and business networking. These trainings are crucial, as the herbal product market continues to expand alongside the growing awareness of healthy lifestyles. Competition is increasingly dominated by standardized products that leverage digital technologies, making it necessary for this SME to adopt similar approaches to remain competitive. The objective of this activity was to strengthen the partner’s management and marketing capacity through digital technology-based training and mentoring. The methods included training, workshops, and direct mentoring, with evaluations conducted using observation and questionnaire surveys. The program involved three lecturers, two students, and five SME participants. Results showed improvements in market segmentation knowledge by 78% and digital marketing skills by 85%. Online sales increased significantly from 25 to 62 packages per month (148%). These findings confirm that structured digital interventions can enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of herbal SMEs.
