Abstract

Boarding organization was important in order to deliver the organization's progress. Role of Pesantren help in learning framework motivation organizational behavior related to creativity. Thus management education is the dominant factor in the framework of a nation's progress. Stigma would adversely boarding school management Pesantren in the state seems to have not gone right. Entering the era of globalization today, the existence of Pesantren as the oldest Islamic institution in the state would be managed manaj with more professional if do not want to be left as the stakeholder community. Today's global current information and knowledge to make the world more accessible community. For it not to look for the possibility that once made ​​ Pesantren Islamic study center and a practitioner at once, that in time became interested in it and left the service user community. To the mutual duty of the governor / nanny Pesantren do and make efforts and improve strategies so that Pesantren as Islamic educational institutions have their own special features in time reference of Muslims in the world. They will then be turned toward Pesantren and make Pesantren as the primary alternative community education.

Abstract

Peningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab merupakan suatu tantangan yang terus diupayakan dalam konteks pendidikan saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali potensi metode Mubasyaroh dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara, mendengarkan, memahami, membaca, dan menulis dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Metode Mubasyaroh dikenal sebagai pendekatan interaktif kontekstual yang melibatkan interaksi langsung antara guru dan siswa, mempromosikan partisipasi aktif, serta memperkuat aspek komunikatif dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan metode pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang lebih efektif, terutama dalam konteks pengembangan keterampilan berbahasa yang holistik. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi para pendidik untuk mengintegrasikan metode Mubasyaroh dalam kurikulum pembelajaran bahasa Arab, memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa, dan meningkatkan efisiensi pencapaian kompetensi bahasa Arab yang komprehensif.

Abstract

The reason for this research is because there are still some students at MI Sunan Giri Boro who exhibit disrespectful behavior. The aim of this research is to understand the forms of students' disrespectful behavior, the factors influencing such behavior, and the efforts made to cultivate polite behavior among students. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results indicate that the forms of disrespect exhibited include students' disruptive behavior towards teachers during learning activities, causing disturbances in class, mocking their classmates' parents' names, using vulgar language towards their peers, and not adhering to the recommended etiquette when speaking to teachers. Factors influencing these behaviors include students' lack of understanding of school rules and failures in the socialization process within the family environment. Teachers employ various efforts to cultivate polite behavior, including preventive measures, control measures, and remedial actions.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low level of students' active engagement and the prevailing negative stigma that mathematics is a difficult and abstract subject, particularly regarding integer operations material at MI Miftahul Huda 02 Papungan, Blitar Regency. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation process, and students' responses and learning transformations through the application of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, involving students and a mathematics teacher at MI Miftahul Huda 02 Papungan as research subjects. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and field notes, then analyzed descriptively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validity ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that: (1) learning planning was conducted thoroughly through the development of a Merdeka Curriculum teaching module integrating structured worksheets, material segmentation, heterogeneous grouping, and manipulative media such as expert cards and number lines; (2) the implementation of the Jigsaw model was effective, with Expert Group and Home Group activities shifting the learning paradigm toward a student-centered approach while the teacher acted as facilitator; and (3) the application of the Jigsaw model brought real changes in student activeness, self-confidence, and cooperation, creating a more lively, collaborative, and democratic learning atmosphere. This study is expected to serve as a reference for teachers in developing active and meaningful mathematics instruction in line with the characteristics of the Merdeka Curriculum.
